Angie--I just noticed that you and I are nearly next door neighbors on the ship. You are in 6556 and I am in 6567.....:thumbsup2

Yes, the planning is half the fun!! Time flies once you're there so you really need to enjoy the planning process :cool1:

Yeah, Bernie is coming over tonight but I told her to bring her laptop cus the thread is going to be crazy!!! :yay:

Good idea!:thumbsup2

yeah I remember Jeff cautioning us on that. It one of the reasons that I had not really thought of rotations until now. But knowing what rotation others in your dining party are requesting will help with planning.

Regardless, I'm really taking a much more mellow approach to this cruise than I did the last one. Que sera, Sera.

Great attitude to have, Steve. It's so true, too. I was bummed that they cancelled the mini boat tour, but, the trip as a whole will be so much fun that in the grand scheme of things, it's no big deal.:goodvibes

I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been on the DCL site in the past few days to go on early and get familiar with the new layout so that you are all prepared for tonight :thumbsup2

Hi Big Daddy. Did Ryan make it home yet? Everybody still healthy?

He's home tonight late,we've heard NOTHING from him all week the little git.....:rotfl2:

We've given up on Trunk bay having read these reviews.....:sad2:

Trunk Bay is an ideal place for an Caribbean dump. There is nothing quite like the smell of this place, unprotected beaches of St. John to remind you that Hell on Earth does in fact exist. This is the ugly backdrop of a third world country. Although some may argue otherwise......

I had a dreadful experience on Trunk Bay. Was there in the end of May so the prices were very high for stying in St Thomas but the beaches there were small and commercial. Not much to do for sightseeing. St Johns was about 45 minute boat ride and was so unkempt, smaller beaches, and the snorkeling was impossible because the water was so dirty. It was very cold too.....

This place is hell on earth. It is the most ugly beach I have ever seen. If you travel to St Thomas or St. John, make sure you miss this place!!!

Sorry but i don't believe in all this "women and children first" rubbish....:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

There's still some bugs in the new website :sad2: Just looking around, I've been booted out twice :guilty:

They knew we were coming and had to stir things up a bit to keep us on our toes.

See above...

I run IE 8, and it usually runs fine for me. I also just got a notice that Safari and iTunes need updating, so I will also have the newest Safari as well.

Hiya Lisa  You just missed Rose. She's from NY and might be able to give you some good ideas. Also, Christian seems to be in NY a lot too. He might also be able to help.

Sorry, I've never stayed there before.
A year or two from now I might be able to answer that since Sean is starting at University at Buffalo in August.

It's about 2 1/2 hours away.
