DGD, Asiah qualified for the AAU Track Junior Olympics in Des Moines Iowa on July 27 thru August 8th in the 1500 meters. Qualifying this afternoon in 200 meters. Fell short in the 800 meters by 15 seconds.

People renting their cars to drive down to Radisson, you are all keeping them and dropping them off in the morning before we take the shuttle?

How early does the shuttle leave? I'm hoping there is enough time to do this?

I am now officially a "bowl head"

I HATE the inbetween stages when you're trying to grow your hair

If it doesnt grow enough by cruise time I'm chopping the lot back off and going short again.

He should dress up as a mermaid and sit there .... he already has the bra, just needs a shiny tail and he's all set

Actually, I was going to print them out on old parchment paper, roll them up, tie them up with twine and hand them out as the Trick-or-Treat gifts to the little BOBers. Well, that and some candy!

The worst of it was, once we pulled up outside the house, Neil had to unload about 12 boxes before I could even get out

happy to report my sweet polly is ok.

frustrates us to no end to think this local surgeon was all ready to schedule a surgery, but Robin said NO, i want a second opinion. so we went to clev clinic 1 1/2 hrs away, and they said she was fine. absolutley no surgery needed. me thinks i'm going to go beat up a local doctor tonite.

They were somewhere in Kansas when I spoke to her this morning Rose. Yesterday, just as they got to their first destination, the battery light on the truck lit up. Seems like they needed a new alternator! Cha-ching!

They should be arriving late Saturday or early Sunday morning. Then I'm hoping they hate the stoooooopid hot weather and turn right around and head back. Not likely though.
