Hey everyone. I'm in my RV relaxing. It's about 9:30 pm our time so all of you are long asleep. We had a day of accomplishments. I started the day teaching the. Kids to ride their bikes. I know, bad dad their already 5 and 8 and I'm just now getting around to it! Well Leah took to it very quickly initially but Stuart was a bit put off that she was doing so well so he redoubled his efforts and finally learned. Now he's riding about like a pro. Later we went to the pool and I wouldn't let them put their floaties on. It is a fairly shallow pool so I felt comfortable. Within a short period of time they were dog paddling about easily. I couldn't believe it. I've been trying to get Stuart to swim for years and in one afternoon he's acting like a fish. The place were we're staying is beautiful. I'd post pics but I'm on my iPhone right now and cannot. When we're back I'll post some.

Steve - you aren't a bad dad - my 11 year old just learned how to ride her bike last year and the 7 year old learned as well. Fun times I am sure!! Yay on the swimming too - I bet they are having fun. Can't wait to see the pictures!

I am at work getting some things done. Later this afternoon I have to run to North-Central Connecticut where Extreme Makeover Home Edition is doing yet another build. I am working a 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift on the canteen. It's about an hour away, so it will be a late night for me.

Chris - how EXCITING that you get to be a part of that show... LONG shift, though! Be safe and have fun. Are you allowed to take pictures? If so, would love to see it. (Do you get to wear a blue shirt??)

I really love that show My oldest DD loves to watch it with me so she can see me cry. I'm always a sucker for when they say "And we've paid off your mortgage!!" Waterworks!! Boo hoo!!

Ed was the coolest designer. Ribb was full of himself and trying to get a girl that night. That one pic, you can see him eyeing her up. He was with her all night.

Paige left for her time off, but I would have loved to have got my pic with her at the party! Miss Connecticut was a good substitute though!

Ed is one of my absolute FAVORITES! I also love Paulie (looks so tough, but it such a softie). Paige is my favorite girl since she's so Pink .

Looks like an awesome time. They did a house about 45 minutes from us last year. Next time they come our way, I'm going to have to go and volunteer. Looks like so much fun (and a LOT of hard work!!)
