I'm all confused (doesn't take much...)

When we booked the cruise, we had to get the second seating for dinner. Wasn't crazy about eating that late, but no big - had TA request for first seating. Now I checked our reservation online and see that we have been assigned "Main Dinner Seating" - what the heck is that??? First or second??

Yes, we made it to T-Rex. It was lots of fun! The whole trip was great but the crowds got increasingly worse as the week went by. It seems everyone knows all the "tricks" to park planning. This may be the last summer time trip for us.....

Oh and it was hot. Florida hot. 100 degrees. We took breaks and drank water, and we grew up in Louisiana heat, so it was manageable.

Our last trip was just after Thanksgiving. The temperatures were great. I have been mentally preparing myself for the heat. (Think cool thoughts... )

We will just have to plan to go at a reasonable pace and try not to overheat everyone. Kids get really cranky and tired when they get too hot. I think we may reinstate the mid-day pool break for this trip.

After the kids are out of school, I may never go to WDW during the summer again. The cruise is probably the last time that I will take the kids out of school for a vacation. Megan is starting middle school and it gets tougher to miss.

I'm glad that you had fun. I look forward to the pics and perhaps a trip report?

I'd like to surprise Stacy with a massage on the cruise. Which one would you suggest? I kind of like the idea of the open cabana massage on Castaway Cay but I don't really want to waste too much time there. The day is so short to begin with.

Since we have 3 at sea days, I thought it might be better to book one on the ship in the Spa.

What do you all think?

i can feel your pain pp goose. the house i grew up in had lots of flooding problems right after they built a new set of houses down the street and didnt expand the sewer system.

we spent many a day bailing water.

after robin and i got married i thought i was done with that, but everytime my parents went on vacation....it rained!! and guess who was left to clean up he mess

A lot of the stuff we lost was just that....STUFF. But, we did lose our wedding pictures, the kids baby books, my wedding dress...etc. You know, all the sentimental stuff. Plus, many many people became ill after that flood. We were the lucky one's and didn't get sick. But, we had a neighbor who ended up with a really bad infection from an open wound and ended up dying from it.

I will sort the players into deck order and give you a list in that order. You start under your name and tag 5 a day. That way, you should only be going to 1 or 2 decks each day rather than all over the ship.

That sounds like good reasoning. Don't you play basketball on sea days? She could get a massage while you are playing. To be honest, she will just be so happy that you surprised her that it won't matter when she gets the massage.

P.S. Give your dad the hint to get that for your mom, too. And while you're at it, I have a Marine you need to talk to as well.Actually he just surprised me with concert tickets.
