I'm not here and you still didn't get it. :rotfl2:

Better luck next time. Maybe I'll hold off on the next couple. ;)

I knew you would laugh! I'm just trying too hard. Not gonna try anymore - it will come when I'm not trying.:lmao:

Guess I'm alone now.

Where is everyone tonight? Any big plans?

Just hanging out at home watching the Yankees/Marlins game. DS is at a friends house, but we have DD's friend here. Still two kids at home!

I've just checked our final invoice and we've been charged $56.00 each. Think we might get all this back?

Found this on another website..

Disney Cruise Line

The Surcharge: A fuel surcharge of $8 per person, per day, applies to the first and second guests in a stateroom and $3 per person, per day, applies to third, fourth and fifth guests. The surcharge may not exceed $112 per person, per sailing, for the first two passengers, and $42 per person, per sailing, for additional passengers.

Update: Effective December 1, Disney is eliminating fuel surcharges for all new bookings. For cruises that have already been booked, refunds in the form of onboard credit will be given if the closing price on the NYMEX of West Texas Intermediate fuel is below $70 a barrel two weeks prior to the beginning of the calendar quarter in which the sailing falls. Determination dates are as follows: December 18, 2008 for first quarter 2009 (January 1 to March 31, 2009 ); March 18, 2009 for second quarter 2009 (April 1 to June 30, 2009); June 17, 2009 for third quarter 2009 (July 1 to September 30, 2009); September 17, 2009 for fourth quarter 2009 (October 1 to December 31, 2009). The same dates apply for 2010 cruises.

Who's Affected: The surcharge applies to all bookings made on or after May 28, 2008.

I checked out on the internet and oil is over $71 per barrel as of yesterday, and since the determination date was June 17th, looks like the 3rd Qtr cruisers should be seeing a fuel surcharge.

Question on the Fuel Surcharge and Dreams:

Has anyone who moved their ressie to Dreams had their Fuel Surcharge removed?

If so, did they just remove it or did they have to rebook for you?

What did they say about fuel charges at a later date?

From what I'm reading on the main board, people who didn't have the fuel surcharge when they booked will not have it put on their ressie. Doesn't seem fair that there is a fuel surcharge for only part of the passengers.

We stayed at the Inn of Mill Falls. It was very nice. We will be leaving New Hampshire tomorrow and then to Mass for a couple days then on to Niagara Falls for a couple days then to our favorite friends Mike and Robin for a couple days. We should be home by July 3rd. I don't miss my home or car just my grandkids Elijah and Asiah and kids Kristen and Erika. Di

Hey Jeff! I'm here. I was just playing plants vs. zombies. Crazy fun game. I'm on vacation now so I'll probably be popping in a bit more frequently now.

Hey Mike.

Hi Steve. Your light must have just came on because you are listed in my contacts.

I'm still researching the whole Fuel Surchare thingy. Based on my original documentation from 10/24/2007, there was nothing listed with regards to it. Maybe I'm not being charged - but that may have changed when we switched it to the 2009 cruise.

Anyone remember when the implemented that charge? Was it before we booked this one in early December 2007? :confused3

Hey guys! I'm here - just catching up. Went to see NIght at Museum 2 tonight - laugh out loud silly funny. :lmao: Dave's dad and mom came too and it was nice to see him get out. He's lost alot of weight since the surgery and he's looking so discouraged. Hopefully he'll turn the corner soon.

Onto happier news - brother made it to Iraq (think I already posted that - can't remember). His wife and her mom just opened a restaurant in their home town on Monday. They named it "Papa Sean's Cafe" (Brother's name is Sean and his wife is preggo w/twins... ) Doing GREAT business and the local news is going to come and do a segment on them. Really excited for them. (If you are ever in Cabot, Arkansas - go check them out!)

Well - surfing some more and then off to bed.

Hi boys

I'll just post this now to save time.....
