Hi all,
I think we are all ready. Made the last trip to the store for wine and gum!! We are leaving at 8 am. Please cross you fingers for good driving weather, we are having weird tropical stuff right now.

I will try to do every one proud and take lots of pictures.

It was pure bliss this morning not getting up early

I didnt get out of bed til 8.30am

No school today

I'm in a "throw it away!" mood today. I've already been through 2 cupboards and chucked half of the contents.

I'm tackling Ellis toys next. I always feel good throwing things out and clearing cupboards

I hate going through paperwork though... so much to shred, some to recycle, some to kepp, ...takes forever. I'll do that later

Right, off to tackle the toys. I put them in big bags and pass to my friends little boy

Well, I'm here at work - Fridays are normally pretty quiet so I have projects to work on instead.

I am looking forward to the nice 3 day weekend. We're supposed to have rain one day but temps in the 70's otherwise - I can live with that.

The cruise still seems so far away....

Howdy peeps

Just checking in.

I've been a busy bunny all morning. Got 3 of the 4 bedrooms totally sorted and cleaned from top to bottom.

Also finished all the laundry and ironing

And set the table for tomorrow evening and cleaned the dining room.

I'm having a cuppa and a sit down for now, before I tackle the next lot of stuff.

I've even been through a big pile of paperwork (and shredded most of it)

Nancy and I haven't gone anywhere. This past week her Dad who is 89 has been in the hospital having his Gaulbladder removed the surgeon discovered it has not been functioning and now knows why he has been so sick and not feeling well. They found a stone the size of a golf ball.
The other complication while discovering the bad Gaulbladder they found he has an enlarged aorta with an aneurysm which has to be taken care of asap as soon as he recovers from this.
In the mean time Nancy's mother who is almost 90 has been staying with and has be using the den ie the computer room to stay in so between that and her Dad we have been quit busy and unable to use the computer freely.
Just thought I would let everybody know what was going on.

This is our very first house we have ever bought and I am soooo excited!! We take possession on June 15 (three weeks away! ) and I will send pictures then!
