Hey anyone ever done Turbo Jam? I bought those exercise videos from tv
a few months ago. I've got 5.
I'm still working on 1. 30 minutes long and tonight I finally made it through 19 minutes.
Those are killer workouts! Wonder if I can build up to 30 minutes before the end of the year!

you can do it!! thats awsome.. my whole workout this is trashed till my knee is fixed.. so you guys will be forced to look at a whole lot of Canadian..LOL

I know you feel the difference tho when you get into routine.. you tend to smile more and have some more energy...which is awsome!
