The overall experience was not at all as good as Disney. But, for the price I would do it again, but not with my family. Def not a kids cruise.
It was mostly couples and young adult groups. We had a group of high school seniors on there. They were funny.
Embarking was strange. Just this huge warehouse and you stood in line to go through security then went straight to another line to check in then straight onto the ship. No pics allowed in there.
Disembarking was fine. You could choose to take your own bags and get off first. That is what we did and stood in line for almost an hour to do so.
I had a couple of bad service things happen.
1. The 1st night my bed was not pulled down. I called to have it fixed and waited 30 min. Finally I just stood with my head out our door and waited for someone to walk by. A maintenance guy came by and I asked him to fix it. He did. But, no one ever shoed up to do the job. We told our room guy about it the next day and he said he didn't know there were 3 of us in the room.
2. The next day we only had 2 wash cloths. We were getting ready for dinner (around 5) and I called and asked for another wash cloth. I was told that we would have to wait about 45 minutes because all the room service employees are on break. I said "is there no one that can bring a wash cloth?" and I was told no. I went up to guest services and they confirmed that. No one would get us a wash cloth. So that night when we saw our room guy we told him to make sure we had enough wash cloths he told us there were not enough wash clothes on the ship. He had 70 guests and only gets 50 cloths. Needless to say the next morning when I saw a cart out in the hall we "Borrowed" extra wash clothes for the week.
