We played this game on the SSMC thread in 2008. There was actually another icon for the person who got the post following the milestone. We had pirates and Elizabeth Swans - it was great!

I watched the whole thing! 2695! Really that's nothing. I like Snowshoe Mountain -- 4848 elev.

Also, I had to put on a patch behind the ear just to watch-- car sick.

Mental note, places to retire WV! Absolutely gorgeous.

When we went thru the Virgin River Gorge out of Las Vegas, we felt like we were in NAKED mountains WV! The very same drive as Lori's first video on 77.

People are amazed at the lush foliage of our mountains.

We're doing well. Finishing up the school year.

I was trying to find your post about road from Dayton to I77. We like 35 then near 64 take a quick bypass on 34. Until the last few miles before I64 it is mostly four-lane and smooth sailing.

We use it on the way to visit friends in Indy going from 64 to I70.

Lori informed me that talk of WV roads was on the boards and I thought I'd pop in.

I checked out pics from the meet! Good times!

The whole idea of this game was for everybody to have the same shot at getting a BOBer! Sharing 'secret' methods of beating the post counter sort of defeats the whole purpose of the game, which was to have fun.

So, I'm resigning as official scorer. Hopefully someone else will volunteer.

As I said, I was going to sit out from it anyways, so no unfair advantage. It's not like I'm a Mod and exempt from the 40 second rule. Just have to know a better way of going for it.

But to make it fair, I can put my method out here on the board for everyone to know.

I believe the only way you will get me there is for us to be at the computer at the same time and you logged in under me!!!!! If you come back in Sept. we will plan that meet! Bernie, I say we meet here at 3 am and talk and talk and talk and talk and at least one of us will get a milestone. But, maybe we should include MG and Mike. They are in the same boat as us. But for my 3 am that is the UKs 8 am so.........we will have to wait til it's a sunny day there and we know they will be out enjoying the seldom seen sun.
