I hate when they do that. Why not just put it in the price of the room?

I would check all the internet sites of the hotels you want to stay at. They all run sales from time to time. Just check under "specials". You'll find some good deals.

Any other hotels besides NY, NY that you're looking at?

We are booked at the MGM Grand for the first 3 nights of our trip, I got an email offer that has us paying just over $200 total for all 3 nights, it's still the best offer I have received for that leg of the trip. I have signed up to get email offers from all the MGM resorts, the Harrahs resorts and the Station resorts. We fly home from Vegas on a Sat. morning so we will be driving back down from UT and I'm still watching for a deal for that last night before we fly home. I received an email offer from the NY NY for that last night for I think $89 but it is a non-refundable rate and I'm just not sure I want to lock into that yet, I have until next week to decide.

We haven't seen Bolt yet but I've herad it's good.

Sarah (DD9) loves the begining of the movie were Bolt and Penny meet at the Pet Rescue Center. Its a good movie, not great like Cars or Nemo though. The best part is laying there watching it with Megan and Sarah. (Beth is working at the hospital tonight.)

We watch movies together and Sarah calls it a "Family Fun Night". We usually play a game on the PS3 like Monopoly and then I make popcorn and put a movie on. Last week was a double feature. We watched "Bedtime Stories" with Adam Sandler, and then after the girls went to bed, I watched Quantum of Solace (James Bond film).

Six thousand posts on the DIS, oh my!
Wow, those 10 years sure did fly by

Six years with hardly a peep, yes I was a loser
Then I got smart and became a Konked Kruiser

Now hardly a day passes that I don’t post
I now have great friends from coast to coast to coast


With the BOB cruise on the horizon
