Six thousand posts on the DIS, oh my!
Wow, those 10 years sure did fly by

Six years with hardly a peep, yes I was a loser
Then I got smart and became a Konked Kruiser

Now hardly a day passes that I don’t post
I now have great friends from coast to coast to coast


With the BOB cruise on the horizon
I’m so excited I’m almost crying

Chicken tenders, chocolate croissants and maybe some fries
Ice cream, cookies and peanut butter pies

With only six months left to go
Tickets are booked, I’m raring to go

Door magnets, t-shirt transfers, there’s so much to do
What to get for Dis Tag, I haven’t got a clue

October, I don’t think you could come fast enough
The next six months are sure to be rough

Passing the time with my BOBer friends
Undoubtedly the waiting will soon come to an end

So that’s it for now, it’s all been said
I’ll see you all on the BOB thread​

We are back from the game. The Yankees won. I took some pictures and a video from my camera of Mariano Rivera coming in. It is probably the best entrance in sports. I will post as they upload.

Hmmm, you could always turn over the wrapping paper to the other side and it becomes white wrapping paper If you have a nice big bow, it won't look so bad

That's a good idea, if I run out of time in the morning I'll give it a try otherwise I'm going to keep that in mind for the future if I ever need wrapping paper and at the last minute find out I don't have the right kind

Sorry, I was checking on some more stuff for Vegas, I have until next week to book the NY NY unless a better email offer come through. I was just reading about a new resort in Henderson, the M Resort, which sounds really nice for that last night that I still need and the price was looking really good until I saw they tack on a $25 resort fee

The new stadium is absolutely incredible! The sightlines are so much better than the old place. I am really going to enjoy my 10 or so games this year.

I should really run to the store too but I don't feel like it now, I think I'll wait until the morning. I was sure I had some baby gift wrap and I can't find it with the other gift wrap. After we pick Rach up we are going to make a quick trip to IKEA and the Container Store and then we'll stop at Chevys to eat and on the way home we are stopping by my niece to see the new baby.

Chevy's? What about Weber? I really want to go there sometime.

Well, I've been upstairs watching "Bolt" with the girls. I really like the DVD sets that include the Blu-Ray version and the normal DVD. Some even throw in the "Digital Copy" as well.

Chevy's? What about Weber? I really want to go there sometime.

We've never been to the Weber restaurant but we know we like Chevys and because there isn't one up here we go when we can. I would like to try the Weber restaurant at some time too. There are a lot of good places to choose from to eat in the Schaumburg area.

I hate when they do that. Why not just put it in the price of the room?

I would check all the internet sites of the hotels you want to stay at. They all run sales from time to time. Just check under "specials". You'll find some good deals.

Any other hotels besides NY, NY that you're looking at?
