Sorry the phone rang....:sad2:

Yep, maybe we'll get him all liquored up and have him pay the bill while we're at it, isn't that right, Lori?

:lmao::lmao:

Not goner happen.....He's an accountant....:rotfl2:

What do y'all call the "Race Track?" My dad just calls it "the track."

We simply call them Race meetings,when dad was younger and i was around i'd take 3/4 times a week,hence the kids won't be buying any fancy cars with their inheritance any time soon....:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

And you'll be smiling from ear to ear through the entire "ceremony" won't you Chris? :hug::hug::hug::hug::hug:

I just love the fact he'll never miss another meeting and he won't have to pay to get in....:rolleyes1

I should have a decent two weeks at work starting today. The boss's dd is in Destin for two weeks! Whoo hoooo!! No stress, no pressure and my eyes will actually fall into their normal place rather than up around my forehead all day. :rolleyes1 It will be sooooo relaxed around here.

I feel like I'm on a little vacation myself when she's gone. :thumbsup2

I have 24 people signed up for DIStag. Does anyone else have something different? afeg, you're with us again this year, right?:thumbsup2
I sent Cass an email last night to add me to the list. She said she would be adding me this morning to the list on the BOB site.

Nancy, you have us on that list, correct? If Giap and Dave are on there, they'll need to be removed.....

We bought the picture too, but that's for the scan. No Roger is in DC this week, so I guess he will catch it on the TV somewhere.

OK Well it's off to my doctors for him to tell me how my usual 3 month check of my blood sugar is and my cholesterol.
For the past two years my blood sugar has been normal. There was only once it was a little high and ever since it has been normal.
My cholesterol has been normal or below since 2002 when I started taking a statin.
Today i'm going to suggest that maybe we do this once a year when I get my physical.
Also have to go get my drivers license renewed
Everybody have a great day

Dan

:yay::woohoo::yay::woohoo::yay::woohoo::yay:

You did quite well Chris. I loved my giftie from you. :hug:

The trick this cruise will be to give something that is still lightweight (because of flight weight restrictions)but satisfactory for gift giving.

Exactly...I am racking my brain for ideas. So you basically make 24 bags of stuff or 24 items to pass to everyone? I may ship it to the Port via UPS or Fedex.

So would you ship the gifts you receive back home, too?

Probably not...that sounds more complicated. Maybe just have a collapsible bag to put them in coming home.

Going down our airline doesn't charge for first checked bag, but coming home we are flying a different airline that does charge for the first checked bag.

What have you'all done in the past with your goodies??

The last time we cruised, the airlines were not charging for baggage, at least not the first one and we had our three kids with us, so we had a high weight allowance. This time it'll just be me and Rob, so it's a little tricky.

Well, I'm off for a little bit...Y'all have a good day. I'll be checking in off and on all day.:goodvibes
