Hey everyone...I have been watching the Yankees and reading Karen's trip report from KK1. Lots of cool stuff in that and a very good trip report!

I've considered that but not sure what I think of them.

I have a herniated disc, but also some arthritis, don't know if chiro helps with the arthritis.

The spine specialist (that I wished would just give me surgery and fix it all quickly) only offered me injections.
Which he said might not work anyway
So I declined.

I've heard about a new procedure: spinal decompression.... some kind of manipulation that is supposed to put everything back in place.
Anyone know anything about this?

Sorry to hear about your back, Rose. I'm afraid I know nothing about spinal decompression either. Maybe you need to take a vacation---in October--a cruise on the 24th.

I decided today that I will probably take the big plunge and make t shirts for the cruise. I also decided I will do magnets and play DIS tag as well. I am going to go head first in all of the crazy DIS activities!

I just have to figure out how to print things off. I may just design things on my computer then run to Staples to have them printed off. At work we just have black & white laser printers. Since I have such nice printers at work, I don't have a printer at home.

What kind of knee surgery is your sister having done?

I was hoping to have surgery the week of April 20th, oh well, at least I have the surgery scheduled.

It's total knee replacement. It's been bothering her for years & she finally decided enough is enough.
