Well folks we got Sean's results for his Sgt's test today. He placed 18th out of 36. He thinks he will be promote within the next year or so. I am very very proud of him.

I'm getting pretty excited about the trip

Just rented some DVC points and have booked 2 nights at the AKV when we arrive in Disney and then 1 night after the cruise on the 31st

I also booked our car rental through Avis and got a really great rate with the code I got from Mousesavers

Recently found out that we have enough Avion points to get 2 plane tickets (we have to pay all the taxes, but still what a deal!) but they have to be booked by May 1st so by the end of the month we will have our plane tickets booked The flights are still about $750 each but only have to pay for one full price ticket now

It's all coming together

May 9th. One week after Cassie's wedding, so we have some pretty busy weekends coming up.

We're going to Clinton, Iowa. It's about a 9 hour drive. We're crazy, but we thought it would be a nice little road trip.

It will be a real exciting road trip. Just think of the reason why you are going and you will be excited. I am for you. Your buddies here are very proud of you. I just changed to the home computer. Got off the mini laptop. Too little. I also just threw a load of clothes in washer and dryer while I am dising. Diane

The wedding shower is April 18, the wedding is May 2 and graduation is May 9th

Oooh Vegas....where ya staying???

So far the best "deal" we have gotten is for the MGM Grand so we are booked there but I keep getting emails and am watching all the different websites. We are flying into Vegas and staying at the MGM for 3 nights and then we are driving to UT to see Bryce and Zion and up to Park City and then driving back down and flying home out of Vegas so we still need a reservation for a place in Vegas for that last night. Yesterday I got an email for a good rate at the Luxor and I think I'm going to book that just in case nothing better comes along. Rachel loves NY city so she really wanted to stay at the NY NY but I haven't gooten any emails that work out to a good price for that last night.

Hi everyone. This is only going to be a drive by post--we're watching a movie. I wanted to tell y'all before I forget that I received my passport in the mail today. I sent off the paperwork on March 17th. I am so happy that it was so quick. It may be because it was a renewal.......regardless, I had told Mike that I would post when it came in.
