heather..not that i want to nag or anything (but i will). tell rick we're still waiting on that movie from the repo.:thumbsup2
he must have it done before the bob cruise.

I was watching that Delta flight out of Boston for a while. Now it is cheaper out of Bradley, so I am leaning in that direction.

The 6 am Delta out of Boston is great but by the time we drive down & do a park & fly it's not any cheaper - in fact it's probably more expensive. But then there's a lot to be said for a direct flight. I think we can hold out for Jet Blue a little longer.

I've been asking myself that question all day!!! I'm so embarrassed, especially since so many people said it was their favorite place to hang out.

Then again, for 3 of the cruises I had my seeing-eye-brother with me, who knows where every nook, cranny and doorknob is on either ship! He really enables me because he always knows where he's going and I don't have to think!:worship:

I'm the one who gives directions like 'make a right where the Shop Rite used to be' and 'it's right across from the pizza place that burned down'. Let that be a warning to you all, don't ask me for directions to anything! :scared1:

Don't feel lonely Kathy. I wasn't sure what they meant until I saw a picture. You see I didn't think of them as big comfy chars but rather not so comfy loungers! But I have sat in them.

Is the DIS running super slow tonight or is it my aol? YIKES! This is nuts. :headache:

Yes, it was slow - I thought it was just because our computer was reworked.

Hi guys, ds #2 came home for the week end before heading off for the south and warmer beaches. Made some cookies and took them out for wings. Not much going on, they are going to Panama City beach tomorrow so I will do the normal grocery shopping, laundry and house work. It's supposed to be in the 70's so maybe sun sun too!!

We're having a heat wave here too - in the 40's! The sun is out so if I sit in front of a window & close my eyes I too can pretend I'm on a beach!! Or not!!

I like this idea

Yes, I believe I've seen you there. Oh yes, we have a picture of that. Wait a sec, didn't my DH post it?[/quote]
He told me he destroyed it!!!! Oh Dan.........

Not to worry - I think you're safe. It was lost when the computer froze. Don't think it will ever be retrieved........but if it ever resurfaces he has promised not to post it ever again.

Welcome Gina. Glad you're crusing with us. I'm Heather ad my DH is Rick. We're from the UK and sailed on the KK in 2007. Plenty of info on page 1. But join in the discussions...we're a friendly bunch.

Question of the Day:

Which restaurant is your favorite on the Magic/Wonder? First Timers: Which restaurant are you most looking forward to dining in?

My answer: Parrot Cay. I love the ambiance. I also love the burgers on Serenity Bay. Anyone know the name of that place?

Haven't read ahead, so I don't know if this has been answered yet MG, but here are a couple pics from the eatery signs at Serenity Bay.

Yeah, I am watching a 6:50am flight from Bradley. The good thing is, the airport is only about 45 minutes from our home, so it would be early, but not too bad. The kids almost always sleep on planes anyway.

Parking is cheap at Bradley too. Last cruise it only cost me $42 for 8 days.

we met this couple last week too. i think they were from austrailia.:lmao:
not sure why they were dressed up as pirates?? maybe thats the way they dress "down under?"

For me I'd say Palo is my favorite!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

But of the regular three restaurants, Parrot Cay would get my favorite vote. :thumbsup2

Wow for some reason I didn't think Parrot Cay would be too popular and that I was in a minority. Maybe I am wrong.

Morning everyone
Andy - Hope Hazel is feeling a bit better today.

Thanks Cath......:goodvibes

Hazel said she is feeling rather well this morning, not stiff like I thought she'd be. But her boo-boo's still look nasty.......:sad2:

Andy, glad to hear that Hazel was up and about a little bit during the night. I am sure you are looking forward to getting away from these fluctuating temps and in the consistent Florida warmth.

Looks like we might be opening some windows here this afternoon. When I left Riverwinds a little bit ago our car therm registered 55* and it is supposed to be in the mid to upper 60's today and maybe in the low 70's tomorrow before the next cool front comes through.

I'm keeping an eye on Lake County, FL weather, that's for sure!!!! ;)
