Wow..ours don't go forward for another couple of weeks.

We used to move our clocks forward the first Sunday in April, that was until it was changed to the second Sunday in March. If I remember correctly, the change took effect March 2008, or was it March 2007? Anyhow, I know we move forward this coming Sunday.........

My boss sent out an email reminder earlier this week. I forgot that they recently moved up the daylight savings time by a few weeks. I think either last year was the first time it was moved up.

Yup. A very sad day for me. I was a huge Elvis fan. I even have 1/2 of one of his scarfs. My best friend has the other half.

I'm waiting for the snow to melt, but both cars in are in serious need of a wash inside and out.

Augh!!! My car is disgusting!!! We are supposed to get warmer weather too, but it's supposed to be raining at the same time.

My minivan has those "ribbed" rubber floor mats. They are from Toyota and are very heavy and thick. Since dirt gets into the many crevices, a vacum won't get all the dirt out. The best way to clean them is to take them all out...all 15 or so pieces, hose them off and let them dry.

The exterior isn't too bad, but the interior is digusting from this tough winter.

No, but it keeps the carpet underneath in good shape. The van came new with carpeted floor mats, but a couple of years ago we wanted to go with these rubber ones. Since they are from Toyota they fit well. I just was scratching my head when I took them out of their packaging. It was like putting a puzzle together, and that side of my brain is not the stronger half!
