I'd love to see a picture of that Karen. I don't think I ever saw it. I saw one of Kermit T Frog sitting very sadly on some stairs when Jim Henson died. No caption just a sad, sad Kermit. The picture said it all.

I was about to post it but Cas has already done it for me

My fave Mickey image is called "Expressions" It came out in 1996 in the Disney Catalogue but I remember being too broke to buy stuff with it on there. Rob was able to buy some stationery with the Expressions on it as a wedding gift for me in 1998

This is my favorite Disney image, the reason is my love for Mickey and the American Flag.

If I ever get the nerve to get a tattoo, this would be the one I would get.

Not trying to ignore your question. We just ended up back in the hospital with my daughter. The steroids she is on have given her an ulcer, in addition to making her look puffy. She was in a lot of pain. They gave her another medication to take for the next month to help with the ulcer, but can't take her off the steroids yet or she could bleed out I'll have to write more later about the cake walk as the troops are home from school.

Hope things are better soon

I have some down time as I dislocated my shoulder on the weekend - taken out by a seven year old boy on skates - I've broken and torn things before but never passed out ... until now. Passing out at the rink in a small town, after being taken out by a seven year old. It was quite the show.

We have the money put to the side for the entire trip, but it doesn't make much sense to be blowing $4500.00 on a vacation when that money could be better used for ..... let's say.....our mortgage! I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm not so sure it'll help.

I want a job where the owners give their employees a camcorder for Christmas. Any idea where I can find one of those jobs?

Looks like the South of England took a battering with the bad weather last night. Some places got 8" of snow. We just had frost this morning. Boy is it cold, but at least the sun is out for now.

Bernie I've been getting really excited about this trip lately too, with recently purchasing air fares and making plans on where to stay before and after the cruise and now seeing the MNSSHP dates are out too I sometimes think I drive Al and Rachel nuts with all my talking about this and asking them questions to try and get their input on the planning

I'm not alone?... everyday I recite the number of days till the trip..lol my daughter looks at me... smiles and pats my head and calls me her special mommy..LOL

the people at work are almost telling me to shut up..LOL

You're not alone!!! I can't wait either!!!!

We're only doing the cruise, not WDW or MNSSHP but I am SO looking forward to cruising with all my DIS buddies!!!!!!

Joanne - We already have our ressie at DVC for 10/31, though we are going to move our ressie at the 7month window which is March 31.

If we go to MNSSHP we will go on the 22nd, not the 31st so that is why I am thinking BLT for before the cruise I'll probably try for a standard or lake view because if we go to the party we won't be in the room at night, however if we decide to stay there Fri. night then a MK view might be nice I'll just be happy to get whatever I can there, as will Rachel, she really wants to stay at BLT badly

That sounds like a good plan!

I know the points are not cheap, especially being a Sat. night, but we are only staying the one night and we really want to stay there badly. We aren't planning on going to WDW at all in 2010 so I figure I can borrow points from that UY.

We haven't stayed at AK yet but can't wait to stay there sometime too! We wanted to wait until Kidani was open and try and stay there sometime. AKV or BWV are our second choice for before the cruise if we can't get in at NLT

There are a bunch of us staying at Kidani Village after the cruise (at least we hope to get in on the 31st ), so I hope you consider that if you can't get into BLT. I'm really excited because the villas there are awesome!

Seriously though, it was the last night on the cruise in Diversions when the crew put on their "If I didn't work on a Disney Ship" show. It was hilarious even though we saw it for the second time. On our last cruise 3 of my kids were invited to participate. The video was hilarious!!

I really liked Hercules - The Muse-ical, but alas they have discontinued that one. I like the Golden Mickeys too.
