So I think it's time to start potty training for Kira

She shows all the signs of being ready, ok..well most of them.

I'm just really nervous because it's a big step and I've been reading books and articles and everyone has different opinions on how it should be done and I feel a little overwhelmed

Have you talked to her about it? Ask her if she's fed up of wearing "baby" nappies etc, and ask her if she wants to try to be a big girl

Go on a "big girl" shopping trip for her new "big girl pants". Good luck Cass, I remember it being a frustrating time, I tried several times before he was ready and it was futile, but once he was ready he was dry in a week.

I'm down to just 2 anti inflammataries (sp)and 3 strong paracetamol a day now - I'm on the mend
