I switched from aol to internet explorer and it wasn't much better. Maybe it's a Wisconsin thing.

I just get a "bloop" sound and nothing opens. I can only open it if I'm using aol.

Do you have a "pop up blocker" running? It opens in a new window. That may be your problem.
