Good morning all....

I am so far behind on this thread I may never catch up! Wow!

Busy day at work, so I'm just going to post a pic and then try to catch up tonight.

This is the cake I made for Thomas's b-day party with his friends - I am so proud of it!

Wow I have been gone a couple of days and you all have been chatty. I will try to catch up. DD and her boyfriend asked over the weekend if they could join us for the cruise. I think they are going to tag along. We are thinking there may be a big question asked while on the Magic. He has already had a discussion with Tommy about his intentions toward Megan. He is a keeper. I am concerned because she is so young (19) but he said they would not get married until she is out of college which is 3 years. Well my phone is ringing and my email is dinging. I guess they do not realize that I am doing important work.

I have an appt to see my foot doctor after work today. The bursitis(sp) in my right foot is really acting up again. I was in so much pain this morning I couldn't even get on the treadmill and walking around reading meters this morning was pure agony. I haven't had a cortisone shot in that foot in a couple of years, so I'm probably due for another one. As long as it takes the pain away, that's all that matters.

after 19 years of being there.. yeah it is it's own entity!..lol but I hear ya.. I need a swift kick in the pants lately.. arg Been making not as healthy as it could be meals and such.. you know it's sad but the kids really throw me off routine when they show up (I am divorced from their dad and we have duel custody so I have my daughter every thursday to monday 2 weeks in a row then she stays at her dads for one week... the son is a adult so he goes where the wind blows..lol) She is such a picky eater and I don't feel like making 2 meals when she is there so we eat good but not always healthy meals.

Um I am sorry apparently I am moody this morning..lol sorry about that folks..lol

Rainbows... blue waters... soft sand... palm trees... aahhhhh there at peace once more..lol

I think they are a dollar per load for each the washer and dryer and you will need quarters, there is a change machine in the rooms as well as a dispenser for soap and stuff ($) if you didn't bring your own.

Thanks. On the 4 day cruises it wasn't necessary but I suspect on the longer one it will be.

The family has been given tens of thousands of dollars to help them by area organizations. I believe their mortgage is free and clear, and property taxes/insurance will be several thousand dollars annually. The good news is, for the price of what it would cost to rent a small 2BR apartment, they have a 3400 sq ft, 5 BR house.

As far as energy, it is pretty much the most "green" house in the state. It has solar cells and geo thermal heating and cooling. Since they live in such a small town, I am sure they have a well and septic as well.

That's good to know. And I'm sure the townspeople and ABC will keep track of their investment!..... You must feel proud to hae been part of such a wonderful project!

O.K., for those of you in the Upper Midwest (Milwaukee specifically) looking to fly on Air Tran, I see it is much cheaper to go into Tampa. $192 vs. $258 into Orlando. This is based on dates as close as to when we will be going. Figure, the prices now will be what they are when they come out for our time.

Only thing is there is only one non-stop a day, 1:00-4:40 down and 5:20-7:04 back.

If you're renting a car, that is not a bad option (only 20-30 minutes further from WDW and less hassle).

I may book that Tampa back and wait for a sale on the Orlando outbound. That should save some money.

Well, I guess since there wasn't much to catch up on around here, I'll take my walk around the warehouse a few times and eat my lunch later.


BTW....If you could have seen me you guys would've got a laugh this morning. I was walking around the warehouse as exercise before work this morning. Not funny yet?? Well, I had my Disney iPod in my ears, a scoop of Hummus in a bowl in one hand and a few crackers in the other. Talk about multi-tasking!
