If you had to name ONE favorite meal on the ship what was it????

Mine was the Turkey Panini from Goofy's (???).

Oh sure, start with a hard one. This may take sometime.

I'll answer DS's since then I can use something else. :rotfl: He likes the Duck.

Suz likes the Lobster, but I'm sure there are other things she craves.

Can I make a meal of different menus? (i.e. create a menu)

O.K., for those of you in the Upper Midwest (Milwaukee specifically) looking to fly on Air Tran, I see it is much cheaper to go into Tampa. $192 vs. $258 into Orlando. This is based on dates as close as to when we will be going. Figure, the prices now will be what they are when they come out for our time.

Only thing is there is only one non-stop a day, 1:00-4:40 down and 5:20-7:04 back.

If you're renting a car, that is not a bad option (only 20-30 minutes further from WDW and less hassle).

I may book that Tampa back and wait for a sale on the Orlando outbound. That should save some money. :thumbsup2

:scared1: I wish our flights would be that cheap!!! right now it is $600 to $1100 I am sure they will come down but even then I think if we are lucky it will be $400 or so a ticket :sad2:

(Sorry Bernie, next time I'll come up with a better question so that you can play).

Grilled shrimp in Parrot Cay on the Wonder on our very first cruise....:yay:

Vote for every meal, spending time with our bestest friends discussing what fun was had on the ship/ashore that day/night..:thumbsup2

One favorite meal, if I have too....Embarkation meal after Robin and Mike found us on last cruise...Di and I were so surprise to see them..Don't know what we ate in our excitement of getting together again.. :grouphug:

Walt :cool1:

Sea Bass at Lumiere's!

Wow I have been gone a couple of days and you all have been chatty. I will try to catch up. DD and her boyfriend asked over the weekend if they could join us for the cruise. I think they are going to tag along. We are thinking there may be a big question asked while on the Magic. :cool1: He has already had a discussion with Tommy about his intentions toward Megan. He is a keeper. I am concerned because she is so young (19) but he said they would not get married until she is out of college which is 3 years. Well my phone is ringing and my email is dinging. I guess they do not realize that I am doing important work. :lmao:

OMG Leisha - this is soooo exciting!!!

Do you think she's knows it's coming???

Very nice gardens

Lovely photos Bernie. How I wish they had more of an attraction there and not just shops and the odd street entertainer.

We got a lot of snow melt yesterday and today. It will all be gone by mid-week (piles and drifts are all that is left now).

We got so much ain today, that apart from the huge snow balls, the rest has gone.

Hey, now that dinner is done, have another question: If you have a baked (jacket) potato, do you eat the skin?

I do if it is crispy. I find it better than the potato itself.

I do...its the best bit. That and the crisp outside of a roast potato.

Ok, prepare yourselves....I have a cruise question..... :woohoo:

Have any of you gone to Trunk Bay on your own??? I'm just interested in your experience. I would REALLY love to go there but there are no Disney excursions to TB for kids under 5. :sad2: Just wondering if all that travel might be too much for a 3 year old. Obviously, we don't know how Kira will to react to anything but hearing about someone else's experience would help me prepare. ::yes::

We want to go St John as we've never done it.

Sea Bass at Lumiere's!

I'm going to have to try that. I split a Sea Bass sandwich with AFEG's wife on the beach in Cabo. It was so good. Figure the ship is a great place to try stuff. If you don't like the taste, get something else or go up to Pluto's.

Make sure to have a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream added to that cake Andy. :thumbsup2

That is my favorite desert on the ship!

That's the part I loved about the potatoes my mom would make with the roasts. OK, I'm going to have to make a roast with those potatoes this weekend.

Meghan's wasn't that crowded when we went. I would think Trunk would be more.

Meghan's is suppose to be like glass, but we went right after a storm and it was rough. Not sure if you remember the pics I posted. I'll have to look for them again. I got hit by a 5-6 foot wave, dropped DS and lost my glasses. I found DS by my feet though. Scariest thing to ever happen to me. Everyone else goes there though and it isn't as rough. We may try again if we can't get to Trunk (again, the first time we went they cancelled all the St.J excursions - you can see why if Meghan's was that rough).

It was fairly windly and the sea was choppy when we were there.
