Seems that the BART Cop that shot a young man in the back has bailed out. Reason for prayers and pixie dust is that if the city of Oakland decides to start rioting, Sean will be called out to help. This is the part of the job I hate.

Evening Jeff. We are getting our wireless set up early next week so I am hoping to kick your butt in Mario Kart (yeah right)

Long story - there are still things we find out I don't remember but nothing from recent past.
Our grocery store had an end-cap off one of the aisles yesterday with a big British sign - I bought a Curly-Wurly; it was my lunch today (long day so we won't go there). I liked it. I also got some cookie type things called Digestives that have a chocolate coating on them - yum! Off to bed soon - early practice with my girls tomorrow. I'll be somewhat glad when we're finished with State next weekend.

Digestives - gotta love them - they are best "dunked" in a cup of tea to make the chocolate start to melt

Freak you out? You need to ask AFEG about Hazel reaction. They didn't know the animals were on the property. I don't think she ever did get use to them.

Karen, because it is an Epipen Jr, they only last 5-6 months. The pharmacist said once she is 5, she can use the regular one which expire after a year. We don't have any extra medical coverage right now, it expired about 2 months ago as it was through Rob's 4th job and he doesn't work enough hours there anymore, so until we get new coverage, we have to pay for all prescriptions ourselves

Ellis is on the Epipen jnr too - maybe its a different manufacturer - Alk Abelo make ours... Its definitely 12 months on ours. If they were identical I could bring one for you free of charge on the cruise

The dosage would be the same as its either jnr or adult version.

It would save you another $150

We were there years ago - pre Ellis! - we went on a tour inc Vancouver, Banff, etc - absolutely loved it. - I have photos! (surpise surpise!) - I'll dig them out and scan a couple - just ignore the hair do - I've had several

We'll try to make due. At least bring pics of her so we can get our pic with her and Chuck. We did that with a couple that couldn't make the trip with us. So we made paper cutouts of them and put them in different locations during our trip and took lots of photos of "them" having dinner, at the beach, etc. We even made them a photo album of "their trip".

When he told me he "asked" a girl to the dance, I almost fainted. Of course, right away I explained that we were not picking her up before the dance, or dropping her off after the dance, and her parents weren't picking him up, etc.....I said, "You show up, she shows up, you dance. You go home with your own parents. End of story. You got me?"

He said, "yes ma'am."

I am pooped. I volunteered at the hospital today. I am crocheting blankets for preemie babies with a few friends. We crocheted all morning. Diane

Ahhh thats lovely of you. I used to crochet squares when I was young and Mom used to sew them into small blankets and take them to the local nursing home for the oldies to use as lap blankets when they were in their chairs.

....but next time, I want some RED BELLY PICS!

Didn't sleep well last night or the night before so I'm feeling it right now.

Amelia and I will be going dress shopping today.
Then tonight I have a lot of grading to get done so nothing exciting tonight for me. Hopefully there will be a good movie on that I can enjoy as background noise. BUT if I get it all done tonight I can relax Sunday evening which is one of my favorite things to do.

Couldn't sleep here either, had an awful day at work. The *&$#& finally hit the fan, it looks like we will finally get some help. They wanted to know why we aren't closed as fast as we used to. Can you say-software conversion, year end, lay offs, server moving, computers down for days.... I think they finally get it. Had a phone call from the owner himself, told me to hang in there it will get better.
So we shall see, there are no jobs out there right now so I need to keep this one.

Then over to daughter's house to wait for kids to get home from school. Then to the neighborhood park. Elijah and Asiah like to go there every Friday since they have no homework. Elijah plays basketball with friends and Asiah play on the playground and in the sand. After the park Asiah had a basketball game. Their team did well but loss by two baskets. After the game, Asiah, Elijah, Kristen, and I went to eat at IHOP. It was good. I brought Walt home some crepes. He enjoyed. He felt like staying home tonite so I brought him takeout. Now I have been enjoying the dis tonight but getting alittle sleepy. Talk to you all tomorrow. Diane

I hear ya Joanne. I also want to start looking before the other shoe drops and we arrive at work to find our personal belongings in boxes in the parking lot and the doors chained shut. But there is nothing out there here either.
