Evening all,

On a bit late tonight cause I am currently slow cooking up some pork ribs for tomorrows work lunch. I made my own BBQ sause and used splenda brown sugar for it so it is not as "evil" as it could be lol

Don't you just LOVE Splenda brown sugar??? Here's one of my favorites: cut up an apple and put it in a small container with Splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, and a little lemon juice. Shake the container to coat the apple slices (it's actually better if you leave it sit for awhile). Tastes like the inside of an apple pie and the only calories are for the apple!

Mike your outrageous Sir and it's only down to your scare that your allowed to get away with it some places a man just ain't supposed to go... .......Kathy love Harrison maybe the guy to chat with about the pro's and con's when making the hard decision between Huggies or Pampers,oh and my late mother never went anywhere without her cough soothers.........

Thanks for your support! But haven't you heard - Harrison is now a big boy who doesn't need Huggies or Pampers!

DS woke up complaining about his ear. It sounds like he has an ear infection, so the day will be turned upsided down. I don't know what our schedule will be. Elaine and I were planning to go to the gym, but now that's off.

I start my part time job Saturday @ H& R block. I am hoping it will keep me busy and out of the fridge!
