That is too funny, my sisiter sent me that taz angel years ago, it never made it to the tree.....It's funny to see some one else with it.
Oh too funny! I don't think I ever would have put one on my tree either had it not been for the theme on this tree. :rotfl:

So...as the 12th day of Christmas approaches, I found this small poem and thought I would share it with you all:

Deep down in the forest when trees grew so tall,
Stood one little fellow, the smallest of all,
The trees waved their branches and rustled their leaves,
But the smallest of all just stood stiff in the breeze.
When winter winds howled, the trees were afraid,
And dropped their leaves, till there was no more shade.
The smallest of all just stood brave and tall,
And kept his green coat when snow started to fall.
One day laughing children came pulling a sleigh,
They cut him down gently and pulled him away.
They dressed him in tinsel and bright shiny balls,
In peppermint canes, tiny angels and dolls.
And on Christmas morning ‘twas easy to see…..

The smallest of all was the loveliest tree!.

Oh, that's so sweet!

It's snowing here again!!!!!!!! :scared1:  It's never going to stop!!!!!!!!! :guilty:

Any snow we get sticks around till April and we already have a huge pile of this crap :headache: There's so much snow that it's covering most of our xmas lights...our bushes are covered and the little lighted reindeer we have is completely buried now :sad2:

Will this madness ever end???????????????

Oh poor Cass! Here's some sun for you!

Good afternoon/evening everyone. We just returned from the bowling alley. DS was quite upset that no lanes with the bumpers were available. I think his high score was 18.

I scored a 118 and a 127. I was pleased although I seem to be the king of 9's . If I didn't have a strike or spare I had a 9.

Elaine is bugging me to set up RockBand for her, so I better run and keep her happy.

Hi Di. Rick and I will start again in the new year. Whats the new program consist of. I haven't been for some years, but keep track of my weight by weighing myself at home once a week. I haven't done it yet, but like you, I know I;ve put on weight as trousers are a bit snug!

I have not read the material yet. Once it is read I will tell you about it. We will start after we get back from Walt's mothers house. There is no way I will diet while I am there. She is a excellent cook and I don't want to miss her good food. Diane

Hi everyone...remember me? I know it's been a while :goodvibes

We're back from our AZ/DL trip...we had a prety good time. Disneyland was awesome! Thomas just loved it (of course we did too!) and Mom had so much fun on this vacation with us that she's considering NOT cancelling the BOB/BASH cruise.

Of course all trips have their ups and downs....we were at DL Monday and Tuesday, and by the end of Tuesday Thomas was a limp noodle. Wendesday he got sick on the way home, and was sick over Christmas. We still managed to have a good Christmas and Santa still found us, but we didn't get to do a lot in Arizona because of it. Then, yours truly got sick on Sunday...aches and sore throat. I am actually home from work today and just posting so you know we're still here!

I'll post some pics later...hope everyone's ok. I haven't read back much on #16, so someone may have to fill me in on the latest news.

He is adorable. Great outfit! My DD Megan is a big Manchester United fan. Which I thought was odd for a girl from KY until she showed me a picture of Christiano Renaldo from the team. :lovestruc Does he play soccer? Both of my kids played and loved it.

He doesn't play yet. He just turned 3 in September. But soon he will start up with all the sports.

Took me forever to get caught up too. Lessee...where are we??

Lori, loving the Pics of the kiddos.

I tossed a bunch of stuff myself last night. Tonight, I'm cleaning out the freezers to make room for some pre-made WW dinners I'm making this Friday.

Ooooh, me likey, likey. Is it poor etiquette for an "old" lady to fight some of those young ladies for a little hubba hubba attention? :lmao: (Gosh, I'm sounding like the Dawg now). :rolleyes1

Thanks Nancy. BTW, Harrison went pp in the potty today!
Good job on preparing meals. We talked about preparation being the key to losing weight.
Scott is going to get jealous if you start looking at other men!:rotfl:

I did WW for 2.5 years and was successful I was part of the then new program research for the Turn Around program. I'd be interested to know what the new program is all about. Fill us in Nancy!!!!

Not likely Cass. I think we're all in for a long winter.

And just out of curiosty, do the young hooligan's in Canada set your reindeer in compromising positions ever? I came home last year to two of our reindeer all lit up "doing it" in our front yard!! Funniest thing I ever saw! I think I laughed until I soiled myself.

Hmm, not personally to us but I am sure it's been done :rolleyes1 Kira absolutely loves xmas lights! The one good thing about getting dark so early is that she gets to see the lights...before November, she was hardly ever out when it was dark out. We had to explain the whole light/dark thing to her in November :rotfl2: Now when she looks outside, she always says "light out!" "dark out!" :goodvibes

Perhaps Cass, when you aren't doing anything (hahahaha :you could make a "Friends of the Bob" page with all their pictures.Or is there one and I have missed it?????

Hmm...nope no page for that :rolleyes1

I won't mention the walk we just took for our lunch hour on the beach

My little green monster is sneaking out Joanne

I feel for you Cass...our Country grinds to a halt when just a few centimeters fall.

Well, we are used to it, we have lots of grating trucks and sanding trucks and nothing stops us Northerners...I just hate it!!! :headache: The roads were just all plowed from the last snowfall and now we are back to square one. :scared: I'm in the winter mode now, I just worry about idiot drivers sliding into me :sad2:

does someone need a hug??:we've been pretty lucky here in ne ohio. not too much snow. i think the snow gods ran out of snow after leaving WI and there wasnt any left for us.

I could always use a hug or two, thanks

Oh poor Cass! Here's some sun for you!

animated-sun.gif

Thanks Kathy! I almost don't remember what the sun looks like. It's overcast here pretty much from November until April :guilty:

hey, you cant talk about numbers boy like that.:lmao: :rotfl2:

In Connecticut there is a general panic that sets in when the snow begins to fly. They make a big deal out of nothing. Having lived in Maine for 7 years prior to moving here, I just sit back and laugh at how people overreact.

Prior to the last snowstorm, I was shopping at the grocery store and the place was a madhouse! People were getting ready for hibernation it seemed! I just wanted stuff for dinner that night!

Now that sounds like the crazy people down here in Georgia! The farthest north I have ever lived is NC, but I don't go all schizoid when there is talk of snow or even when it falls. I have never had enough for it to presents real problem driving - probably the most was 6". It is the ice that drives me crazy! Ice is far worse than snow to me. About 5 years ago or so we awakened to find a tree from the backyard in what was then our playroom. We told our daughter we having a real tree house, so she wouldn't freak. :lmao:

Yeah, the ice is bad. On the way home from Maine on Sunday night, I noticed a lot of trees down on the side of the highway north and west of Boston between Lowell and Worcester.
