We went over to a private island. Nothing there.

That's what I thought. I can't find anything with that description anymore. Like I said, my Passporter describes the Golden Eagle similar to what you did. Looks like it's been changed.

I tried going to the website list in the PP, but it doesn't give me the excursion there either.

I can't find those pics on my computer right now. I will have to find the CD and download them. I'll try to do that tomorrow.

No rush. If you think about it, maybe PM the two of us with it. I may miss it on the thread.

Jeff, I just went back and looked at my stuff and it had to be the Golden Eagle. I guess they have changed it. We loved the private island. If Scott wakes up before I go to bed i bet he will remember the name of the island. He is snoozing on the couch now.

Well, I guess I'll head off to bed now. Since one of my goals this week is to sleep a lot. It's been great talking to my friends tonight. missed you guys!

My 2008 Passporter has the following description:

Enjoy a half-day jaunt to Tintamar - a real deserted island - aboard the majestic Golden Eagle. The luxurious 76-foot catamaran sails at up to 30 knots! The excursion price includes pastries, an open bar, and complementary use of beach floats and snorkel equipment. Typical meeting times are 7:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Cruiser reviews are very positive. The ride over is "fun" and "not too fast for kids to enjoy", while the crew "friendly and courteous". The "deserted island" is a "great place to snorkel or just relax on the beach". The "beautiful" beach is "scenic" with "very clear" water. There is "music and signing" during the cruise. All cruisers report that they would "do it again", but some would be sure to "take seasickness medicine first".

Cost $71/$41

It was great talking to you too Lori. I tried to get some sleep this week, but keep waking up around midnight and am up for 2-3 hours. :sad2:

Good evening everyone. Me and DS are sitting here watching POTC on ABC.

Actually, there was a boat that pulled in while we were loading up to leave and everyone on that boat was not only topless but bottomless as well. Luckily they were far enough away that most of the children didn't notice. Of course, most guys did and started telling the rest of us.:rotfl:

Go to Orient Beach Mikey. ;) :thumbsup2

Although, everytime I've been near one of those types of beaches, the ones that were without a top should have had one on. :scared1:

Hey Paige. How are ya girl? Are you all back from Disney? How was it?

Disney was great...until the 27th (we didn't go into the parks on the 25th and 26th) when it seemed everyone on Earth was there and no one knew what a line was...:rotfl:

We're bummed because this is what we would have done in SXM.

We will now either go to the beach right in Great Bay or maybe go off to Dawn Beach. Not sure yet.
