This is Mack - sorry for using Mimi's ID but hers is always on and I'd have to boot mine up - anyway - thanks Dan, I'm sure we will enjoy the food, but I really don't like the belly dancing thing. I kind of look at it like this, I wouldn't be comfortable with my wife or daughter doing that in public so I'm not comfortable with someone else's wife or daughter doing that either. I'll just enjoy the food and look in another direction.

Hi Kathy! We are both looking forward to it too! It seems like forever since the member cruise and forever until the Bash. I am glad we will get to see you - kidnap Frank and bring him along!

I've only glanced back a few pages here and there but it seems like Joanne could use a few of these..., Christian & Elaine get one of these... , Ellis get's ..... , Karen gets... (for being civil to her mum), and a few BOBer's get... before their trips to WDW.

Mike, I love your buttons. Until I saw Brenda wearing them, I didn't even know they existed. Now, I'll be sure to ask for a few when we visit the world.


So, we went to see the Titanic Exhibit yesterday with the kids. A very humbling experience. Very sad and very interesting all in one. We all took on the name of an actual passenger onboard the Titanic. I was a 50 year old woman in first class. My Titanic son sneaked his girlfriend onboard and bought her a first class ticket. Turns out that the passenger Stacy picked was my son's girlfriend!! Weird!!! I won't tell any of the details of the tour because I believe other's may be going before it leaves the Milwaukee area, but of the six of us, 3 of us survived and 3 of us were lost.

cassie was the mom, robin was her daughter.
robins boyfriend was traveling with her. (i asked her if his name was Sully)
robin said they both survived.


as far as the xmas party buttons, they used to give them to guests that went to the party but stopped doing it a few years ago.
i'm guessing it was cutting in to their pin sales???

wrapped presents today.
question for the gang. i got robin a puppy for her birthday later this week.
not sure what to do with it so i put the poochie in a box and wrapped it up.
forgot to poke airholes in the box.
i put it on the back patio so robin wont see it. think it'll be ok till the weekend???
darn, i forgot about food and water too.

Marley and Me is such an excellent book! I hope the movie has done it justice. I gave the book to my son when it first came out. My son had a black lab that he raised from a puppy. She died a few years ago; Marley's tale helped mend his heart. It is really a great book!

Mimi, there are a couple Marley books out there right now. I also read Marley and Me but was wondering if the other books are the same with just a little cover and title change. Have you seen them too?
