You can park at any resort. WDW doesn't want you to though, esp. if you home resort is within walking distance of a theme park (BCV, BW). We have done this before. How else would you spend anytime at Jelly Rolls if you were a local?

But you have to tell them where you are going when you go through the security gate. They'll let you through if you are staying there or if you say you have a dining reservation at the resort. So you can always fib - they won't check. I just have a problem with doing that.

When we were at BWV in Sept. they were getting much stricter about this policy.

I think they will give you up to 3 hours at any resort. We have told the guard we were just going to look around and they let us in. Just had to show ID.
