We'll be there soon for certain sure! Let's don't leave anyone. Mack and I put our DCL luggage tag ornaments on the tree. They go on the tree in the media room. Mack had to make Donald hide a Mickey ornament to start with - he feels Donald is so misunderstood! The ornaments make me smile and wish I were back on CC - Oh Wellington, I'll have another Bellini-facsimile please.

It is a really tragic story. Their home burned down last year, then a few months after that, the father and one of the children drowned in a freak accident. They are truly worthy recipients!

I actually finished all of my Christmas wrapping and I'm getting ready to mail off the last box to Florida! Now, onto the Christmas cards...

I'm also wondering what to pack for Fl. - my Mom says it's been chilly down there, but she has a different idea of chilly than me

Is has been chilly, just bring jeans and a jacket or sweatshirt- it usually warms up by noon. Next weekend end it will be warm we are expecting 70's by Thursday- but who can believe the weather people,

I forgot to make my DCL ornaments out of my luggage tags till today, so I am making those, baking banana nut bread muffins, making some other ornaments, and nursing this cold. We are having our downstairs bathroom floor repaired today - may I just say, I HATE buying a house and not being able to see through floors and walls before buying!!!!!!!! And we have lived here 12 years and have just found out things the previous owners did that were not kosher. Plumbing is my worst nightmare - oaky, 'nough said!

How bout those "great" Patriots. My mother and father had company (my sister's and brother's families) over to watch the game. I wish I was there to cheer with them. My brother is from New Hampshire and he has been without water and electricity for 3 days. It probably will be another 3 days until he gets electricity and water back. My mother said he went down to eat a good meal, stay warm, have birthday cake, wash some clothes, take a warm shower and watch the Patriot's game. He is going back tonite because he needs to keep the wood burning stove on to keep pipes from freezing. At least he and his wife don't have school tomorrow. Diane

Hey Nancy and Dan - Oh it's really something small but big in effect. Remember the luggage tags they had for our bags the night before we got off? We had to put tags on them before we placed the bags in the hall by midnight. The tags have different Disney characters - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Tink... We got some extras - 2 of each. Today I took the strings out, took two of the same tag and glued the sides together that you would normally write on - name, address, etc... I put a string back in and now we have 6 new Disney ornaments with the DCL logo too! They're adorable! Since they're now double sided, it doesn't matter which way they face on the tree either. Best of all, they are a great reminder of just how special that Members' Cruise and the people we met were!

YES - it's Monday!!!! The redeeming factor is in 5 days, I will be in the World for a Magical Christmas display - I can make it! Exams and grading will be over - woohoo!!!!

CHRIS - Sounds like the family really does need something special in their lives. Where did they send them while all this was going on?

According to the 10 day forecast it said sunny with cloudy spells. I feel the cold A LOT, so I'm taking a jacket, sweatshirt, 3/4 trousers and jeans. I will pack a couple of shorts
