I added a new page to the BOB Site...Stuff to do :thumbsup2

Nancy had a fabulous idea to make a page with a list of all the important stuff we need to do before BOB.

Some stuff will apply to you and some won't but we will try to add everything that needs to be done. Hopefully this helps you out with anything you might have forgotten :goodvibes

And please PM or email me if you have anything to add to the list as I am sure the list will grow quite a bit as we get closer :thumbsup2

Bernie, having fun in the snow??? :rolleyes1

The snow started falling this morning :scared: Crap!! :scared1:

Yes. I PMd everyone earlier. Our Spoodles dining reservation is for 5pm, but we'll see if we could push it or do something else for dinner. I'd really like to meet up with everyone.

Does anyone know what time the tree lighting and arch lighting ceremony is at Epcot nightly? We want to see that.

I believe the tree lighting is at 6 PM

Sorry to everyone else, but Mike I absolutely agree with you:thumbsup2
Love dogs, but don't want to pick up after them or bath them.
I like my self-cleaning low key cats, and I don't have to handle their warm poopies in a baggie, eeewwww:scared: the kitty litter scooper is far enough away and they're covered up in litter.

Bob wants a dog very badly if we live together, marry, whatever....
Fine.... dog for him, cat for me but we each take care of our own and it will work out nicely:)

And the ferret stays!:cloud9: Sorry Bob:rolleyes1

i knew i liked you.
this is the first winter in "forever" that mikey doesnt have take the dog out in freezing temps.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

We just picked up a 32" Vizio at Costco last weekend for my brother. The resolution is really high - 1920 x 1080 - the picture is amazing! Costco has a 42" Vizio with the same resolution for $799. Sharp is also a good brand.

When you're looking at LCD TV's, the higher the resolution the better. You should really go to a store where you can se the different TVs next to each other so you can compare the pictures.

What a handsome little guy he is! You can just SEE in his face how happy he is. :)

BTW, on a side note -- I LOVE your couch pillows! Beautiful!

We got the kids Christmas photos back earlier this week and I love how they turned out. I'll have to scan and post them for you all. It's crazy to compare them to last year's Christmas photos. My babies are growing up before my eyes.

Tahnk you! I made the pillows (yeah!:yay: - feeling proud of myself right now)

Karen - Thomas's teacher said a few of the postcards came back because they thought the school was the delivery address - am sending a PM in a few minutes:)

His teacher said Thomas got the most postcards back of anyone - thanks DISers!!!!

No problem Jen - just pm your address and I'll get one sorted.:thumbsup2

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
Karen - Good luck dealing with the WW. Keep the wine poured, a smile on your face, and know you are a wonderful woman who keeps a wonderful home, and is raising a wonderful young man that happens to be her grandson. Ellis was adorable with all the prezzies. I know he was excited.

He has had a lovely day - I'm just glad its over:rolleyes1

Great pics Karen, looks like Ellis really has had a wonderful Christmas so far, and more to come with a trip to Florida!!! :thumbsup2

One thing down, now onto the school stuff for 2 weeks solid, discos, deliveries, more discos, fundraising, parties, more deliveries, more parties.... the list is endless. At some point I need a haircut and finish packing:eek:

As you can probably tell, the WW and Dad have just gone. I survived!:woohoo:

Not too many negative comments and she actually called the christmas dinner "nice"... not delicious or tasty, just "nice", but hey! - I'll settle for a "nice":woohoo: . She had seconds so it must have been ok!:rotfl:

She actually didnt arrive with mountains of extra doubled up presents like she usually does, so I think we may have actually turned a corner on that score!:woohoo:

I plied her with wine so she eased up after lunch. Not once did she offer any help though:rolleyes: ... just watched me run round waiting on everyone for 6hours.

I'm on my 2nd bottle of wine (and 2nd large slice of choc gateau:rolleyes1 ), but who cares... its christmas!

More photos tomorrow (if you can stand them:rolleyes1 ) - I have photos of the WW;) , SO MAKE SURE NO SMALL CHILDREN ARE NEAR YOUR PC:lmao:

Hello everyone:wave2:

Just checking in.

Like the addition of the to-do list on the Bob website:cool1:

Karen, Happy early Merry Christmas to you!:santa:

Looks like your son had a great day with some great new toys:woohoo:

FINALLY back home. What a day. Had a late lunch/early dinner at Ruby Tuesday, finding a place to park at the mall was unbeliveable, what was I thinking??? :confused3

Got in and out of Walmart rather quickly, only went there for Arizona Diet Green Tea and Hazel picked up some diet Pepsi for herself. A.C. Moore was more bedlum, but I did save a couple of dollars on the t-shirts. Next stop was BJ's, never made it in the door. One of their employees were letting eveyone know that their system crashed and only one register was working, she also said the checkout line went all the way to the back of the store. We turned around and left. Hazel is going to try BJ's again tomorrow morning after she drops Lina off at her babaysitting job.

At least I found out the EAGLES beat the GIANTS when we got home!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Hello everyone. It is shaping up to be a very long day. I guess it is because I am so tired from last night, but honestly today is just dragging by. I just ordered pizza for me and the kids as Elaine is at the Extreme Makeover Home Edition site. It sounds like she is really busy as they show ran out of food so everyone is coming to to our canteen to eat. Last night we were just primarily a quick snack stop. We served hot/cold beverages, and snack items.

Well, it hasn't stopped snowing here all day  We are slowly getting buried in all this white stuff :scared:
