Welcome back Miss Karen, and great job on keeping the weight down. Sean and I are planning on walking deck four in the morning on the cruise, and walking the stairs when we can. Did that on the last cruise and didn't gain a pound.

Oh, forgot to say earlier - all that slimfast I took on holiday must have worked...

Last year went to Greece came back about 8lbs heavier

This year went to Greece, took slimfast for every brekkie plus snack bars and swam (A LOT) and came back..........

the same weight as I went

I love the Olympics!

Much to my family's dismay, (warning this may be TMI) I like it when the French win an event and I can sing the French national anthem at the medal ceremony! My French I teacher in HS made us all memorize it!

We are also watching the olympics- pretty neat opening show. I am hoping to stay awake for the whole thing.

Well just popped in to say Hello and say what an ace time were having,Vegas was fantasic dispite the fact my wallet is now in ICU The trip up and over the canyon was great it was worth the cash just to see Hazel and Rosie's face on take off Cass they took more pictures on the plane than they have in the last 12 years.... Were now in Bakerfield (thank god were not staying here longer )....Well must go Take care and we'll try coming on again......Anyone bored and daft enough could try ringing 7123404022 tommorow for a life up date as to where were at....Laters people....
