Well, my weigh-in wasn't as bad as I expected, especially since I was up a couple of pounds on Tuesday. I did manage to lose 1/2 pound this week, a loss, is better than a gain!!!

From what Becky posted, it sounds like you'd still be fine booking a phantom date. Just don't move it to a date early in the year. If you put it out to the end of te furthest year you can book, the next year will be out before the 90 day window

example: Book a week in Dec 09 now, the 2010 will be out this fall/winter. That will give you 9 months prior to the penalty period. Move it to Dec 2010, then wait until fall/winter 2009 for the 2011 dates/rates to come out and move it again, still outside the penalty period.

I think this will only effect people canceling within 90 days of sailing (or is it 75 days?).

You could still book a phantom date and move it until you get the time you want.

The BOB Repo cruisers must all be SO excited....it's almost here!

Then Mike and Robin get to cruise in October! You'll have to let us know if you think a 4 day is worth it - I'd love to do a modified land/sea sometime if DH and budget allow.

Just checking in on my last work day before vacation, and a busy one at that. I will check periodically today to see what's up, but it will be a long day!

I have a fundraiser tonight at the local AA baseball team, but tomorrow we head on vacation, so it is easy to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

In between work and the fundraiser, I have to clean the car, spray off the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards.

So much to do, so little time!

Chris, what route are you taking on the drive to Delaware? Going down the NJ Turnpike or I-295 by any chance through Jersey?

Lina just told me that the mother of a girl she graduated high school from had a massive heart attack at the Jersey shore on Wednesday. The woman called her husband and asked him to come pick her up as she wasn't feeling well, by the time he got to her, she had passed, right there on the beach. The woman was only 54 years old. We have known this woman since Lina was in Kindergarten, as Lina and her DD Kelly grew up together.
