i was crossing my fingers that our cable wasn't going to go out....how can i work from home without an internet connection?

Angelina didn't turn her desktop off soon enough, her tower got fried. The livingroom desktop and my laptop are fine. I guess we will be taking Lina's computer to the shop.

Right after I made my post above, our electric went out for about five minutes.

We had hail with the latest storm that went through, we haven't seen hail around here in a long time.

Another thunderstorm is approaching, shutting down my laptop again, I might just leave it off the rest of the night.

I think the weather the past few days was getting to me and making me feel yucky and tired, that, and the lack of sleep, didn't help.
