I feel so out of touch since I left for vacation and Louisiana......
Not until Next Thursday (Wednesday if Midwest goes out of business in the next 6 days). He is meeting us at the airport when we land and he is taking the van we hired back to the hotel we are staying at for 3 nights (he has to drop his rental off at LAX on Thursday).
Relaxing around the hotel pool on Thursday afternoon and probably Downtown Disney that night. Friday is an all-day in the Parks. Saturday is another do nothing day. It will either be the pool or a drive to Hollywood/Beverly Hills, or a combo of all. Sunday we head to the port early.
Yes, I will be bringing my laptop (I'm sure there will be some work I have to address while gone), but mainly for chatting on the DIS. I have budgeted 2 internet packages (250 minutes each) for this cruise. That is over 8 hours of internet time - about 30 minutes per day.
My laptop has a card reader too, so I'll try to put some photos up if it doesn't take forever to upload to Photobucket. If that doesn't work, I'll have to email them to Nancy or Andy and have them post them.
So Sean and I have come to the decision that we can't go zip lining in 2 weeks. He has been having problems with his knees. I found out today that I have mild arthritis in my neck which has been causing constant pain not only in the base of my neck, but at times into the back of my shoulder and down into my wrist. Totally disappointed about this, but not about to do something that causes more pain. Dr wants me to do physical therapy but can't until we get back. So it's off to figure out what we want do in Puerto Vallarta now.We always have next year right?

Here is Derek with his godmother, my goddaughter. Her new husband is in the background.
Rachel and I got home Monday night from visiting my sister and brother-in-law in northwestern WI. We had a great time and beautiful weather most of the time 
We spent a few hours at a beautiful beach along Lake Superior collecting rocks for my brother-in-laws train garden. I'll try and post some pictures in the next few days. We spent an afternoon on the lake they live on and Rachel went tubing and I water skied. My sister was so proud of herself and of me because we were both able to ski, she doesn't ski very often anymore even though they live on a lake because she has knee problems and I only get to ski about once a year when we go visit them so we were both happy that we were successful. My older brother was there for the weekend and he did a 50 mile bike race. My brother-in-law wants me to do the shorter version of the race with him next year, 30 miles I think I'm going to give it a try so I'll be pedalling my bike alot in the future.
Good news people - my Trial Balance has just been sent to the Auditors. Now it is just doing lead schedules for them (yes, I do their job for them).
A couple of payrolls and a check run to go as well and then I'm out of here.
I think I may be able to take all of Wednesday off next week.
I can tell you I'm physically, mentally and emotionally drained after these past 3 weeks.
