I don't think I'll have time to catch the Dawg on this thread. I would need about 1/3 of the final posts to do it.

Karen and Andy are too far away too.

Not a bad showing for coming on after 2,000 posts.

Rich and Heather paid as much one way as we did both ways.....I'd do a Transatlantic in a heart beat but Hazel am not so sure it would all depend on the company....:rolleyes1

Rick and I would do a transatlantic, but would be worried about a rough crossing.

Sorry to hear that. I did read that there were a lot of rude teens and adults alike on your cruise. Sounds more like our RCCL cruise than a DCL cruise :sad2:

Yes, I can't remember the last time I heard so many announcements from the CM's about not running down corridor and congregating in groups. They were encouraged to check themselves into the organised clubs.

love the pics jeff.

but i must say....

it looks like you and chris have tried to steal the Tuna and underdogs move.
hang around the edge of the pool and pick up chics.:rolleyes1
i'd lure them in with my (slightly) bald head and scar...then Tuna would smooth talk them with his "hey baby, how about a smoocher? line.

Bet you didn't end up with a blue belly though:lmao:

This is the same problem we observed at OKW in July. We took the bus one time. After having to wait so long, we deicided it wasn't worth the headache, and just drove ourselves.....

We walked to Hollywood Studios from BWV and then caught the bus to MK. We then caught the bus from MK to BWV which was it's first stop. Didn't have to wait very long at either stop. Thought we would have to wait a long time for busses.

Can you e mail me the link again Cass, it says i have expired!!
i promise to send pics then.:thumbsup2

CQUOTE=Timon;27461765]I was just looking at the BOBer Who's Going page....we seem to be missing quite a few BOBers ::yes:: And there's a few gaps too :rolleyes1

Send me those pics and info BOBers!! :thumbsup2[/QUOTE]

Question for our BOBers who just cruised....

How was the food?????

Has it improved any? Or still the same???

Andy, don't even THINK about telling me how good that chocolate peanut butter pie was !!! :lmao: :rotfl2:

The food was OK, but not outstanding..and as for those cheesecakes...forget it. The plain vegetables were extremely hard, almost raw.

We walked through (thought the other BOBers were showing up). It was a madhouse. And yes, it was too close to dinner. Don't recall having anything.

Hold on a moment.....Rick had to pick me up off the floor after I read this:lmao: You sure you didn't have a little snack, just to keep you going?

Yes, she was the one who wouldn't let anyone in because of their dress. She turned out to be our server almost every night after that. She was really nice and was fun going in there every evening.

Yes, she was one of the better ones!

Do all parks have buses to the other parks? I'm guessing EPCOT to MK wouldn't exist since there is the monorail, but do the others? Can you catch a bus from AK to another park?

We have been getting a car lately, so we drive to all parks except MK. Just curious in case we go down this fall and use Magical Express to save on costs.

I thought the food got boring after awhile on the ship. And as for the vegetables, they seemed to get worse after Aruba, which is when they brought new produce on.

Although Heather, we did get some good "special" dishes on a few nights. :thumbsup2

Hey, I'm not Chris and it wasn't Chicken Fingers.

Although, they may have had those Jalepeno Poppers. If so, then I may have had a couple. :rolleyes1

The last time we went to WDW we got a car. We split time using WDW transportation and using the car. Timewise there wasn't much difference, but with having small kids that were often asleep when we left the parks, having the car came in handy. The bus stops were so far from the gates, and the stops at the POP were so far from our room! I remember one night after wishes. Both kids fell asleep and we got a double stroller that night. We had to carry the kids to the MK bus stop, then on the bus, then a several minute walk to our room. I thought my back was going to crack!

Although one time I must confess to not being able to find my car in the MK parking lot. How many silver Chevy Cavaliers could there possibly be? :confused3 :lmao: I am used to coming out of a store and seeing my rather large car at home and spotting it a mile away. At the time, we had a full size van, so having a rental car that was a dime a dozen sent me into a late evening tailspin!

I was out of my element for a few days for sure!

Not sure, but the buses from Hollywood Studios went to all resorts and parks.

Yep, you're right there, Curry and Samosas were especially nice.

Luckily, we haven't "misplaced" our car yet. :rotfl:

I usually know the row and approximately how far down I was. If I have the remote with me, I usually keep pushing it while I walk down the isle until I see the lights flashing.

After being stuck at Blizzard for over 45 minutes with 3 buses for each of the other resorts coming through, we had enough. We have rented a car ever since and use it to all the "easy parking" parks (EPCOT - we use the AAA lot whether we have the pass or not, MGM, and AK - those 2 you need the pass to get to the AAA area. We also take it to the waterparks).

Only MK we take the WDW transportation because the parking is not near the gates and usually they have extra buses to that park. We also tend to stay at PO-R, and for MK, they do NOT share a bus with PO-FQ.
