Hi guys. Sorry I haven't been around but I didn't have access to the boards in a hospital room! I had a really bad headache on Tuesday, then that afternoon my neck started hurting and when I got home I started with a fever. We went to the ER and I had a spinal tap and they found I had meningitis. It is viral so that is a good thing. I got home a couple of hours ago but am still sore. No work for me tomorrow. Can't go til Monday. So I'm sure I'll have time to catch up.

Oh.....Lori. You get better soon.

Everyone ready for another free-fall in the markets today? Futures are down by the max for pre-open.

AFEG, I see the Poundollar is down to around $1.55. That's a huge drop since before the repo.

On the brightside, oil is down around $63+. Maybe we'll get lucky and DCL will remove the fuel surcharge (or did they already).

OPEC announced they were about to slow down production of oil...so no doubt the price of oil will now go up.

Need the £ to recover a bit as our DVC maintenance charges are due in January

I am doing the under 200# dance.

After the extended workout this morning, I got on the scale, and found out I said good-bye to another 2 pounds(28# total to date), which brings me to goal #2, I am now officially under 200# for the first time in a very long time!!!

What a way to celebrate my 33rd wedding anniversary!!!

Congrats Andy..way to go.

Hi everybody! I need help from those of you who go to the World a lot. We are going to Florida Nov. 20th and flying home on Thanksgiving day. We will be staying with my in-laws who live not quite an hour from Orlando. They want to take us and the boys to Disney for 1 (!) day. Here is my dilemma:

Question #1: Which park should we go to and why? (My kids adore Epcot, but I think Grandma is leaning towards MK.)

Question #2: Do you think it would be better to go Friday the 21st or Monday the 24th? (I would assume those days would be better as far as crowds go than the weekend.)

Any other advice would be gladly taken. Thanks Much!!!

Not necessarily. Consumption is going down, so there may be excess supply still, but more importantly, oil is priced in Dollars and as the Dollar gets stronger, the price will come down. That is one of the reasons it ran up so much. The Dollar got killed over summer.

CCL repealled theirs but it doesn't start until the 2010 sailings.

That's fine. I booked the B.O.B. before it went into effect and the ones I booked after are for 2010 or later.
