Can I get a :welcome: Elaine FO?

Yes I can..........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Arrived home a little bit ago. Had a great workout, spent two hours on the treadmill, 10 mintues on the bike, and 100 tummy crunches. I'm getting a little more emotional with each weigh-in now. I started choking up as I was walking out of Riverwinds this morning. I am now over 1/2 way to my goal, as of this morning I have lost 26 pounds!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

wow great job!!! keep it up. I cant imagine being on the treadmill for two hours. I get bored with it. I like walking outside better. Di

thanks andy.:thumbsup2
its all part of our master plan to get another free upgrade.:woohoo:
(probably a verandah):rolleyes1

i can hear them now announcing us getting on the ship.....
"please welcome the verandah man and family....(wheres lina?)"
dinners with the captain every nite.:yay:
free strawberry smoothies.:dance3:

Mike you are too funny. Di :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Is it arthritis, Di? I'm sure the riding probably irritates it.

I have arthritis in my left shoulder from many years of violin playing.

Yes it probably is arthritis and it gets irritated when riding. I just need to take some meds and it will be okay. Walt said oh no you better not ride the bike anymore. I saw yes I am. I love going places on the bike. It is so much fun. My grandson Elijah is learning violin after school two days a week. He is so cute with it. Di

Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome. Tonight is our Youth Programs at church so if I don't get back to you don't think I am ignoring this new site. :cutie:

Good Job Andy Both Nancy and I have been loosing. She is a life time member of Weight Watchers. In the past 3 years she has lost I would guess 30lbs and since I retired 3 years ago I have lost about 25 by using the WW food plan Which is portion control.

PS These Cruises can hurt if your arn't careful and the next one is 7 day's:rotfl::rotfl:.

danandnan

Walt and I are lifetime members of Weight Watchers. I go every week to a meeting. Walt use to go at work but they discontinued it. I need to or I would probably gain the weight back. Walt and I both lost 50 pounds about a year ago. It took us around 15 months to lose it. Yes vacations kill me. I need to lose a couple pounds to get back to my goal. It is hard when you travel. Di

:scared1:
Bendy reads her books as a speed reader the first time around. Then she goes back the very same day and reads it again, except slower that time. I think she also has a little competition with you guys though. You sound like real HP fans. :wizard:

I've done the speed reading thing for a couple of the books. But since Deathly Hallows was the last one, I wanted to take my time. Just talking about them makes me want to go back and read the books again....or at least watch the movies! Hmmm...movie night tonight!:wizard:

Those cruises are WAY OUT of my price range as well........:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Makes me Sad!

Yeah I'll stick to my hurricane specials in the fall!

I can't complain about the prices that I've gotten the last two times! And since I am getting smarter about how to "do" Disney... I basically spending a week in WDW and a Disney Cruise for about what I spent on my first cruise.

just do what i do, take em to epcot(with a backpack) and tell them its europe. the kids will never know the difference. (i cant seem to fool robin though):rolleyes1

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

The Magic missed St. Thomas and had to spend the day at Nassau this week because of an "H" :sad2:

I used to feel that way too, that was until we missed our second day at CC last month.........:sad1: :sad1: :sad1:

Just the thought of missing CC makes me cry! I love that place!

Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome. :cutie:

Welcome:cheer2:

OH! BTW, Mike in answer to your question, I should be done this weekend. I've been retooling my synchronizations from last year today. I've got a few things to buy at WalMart and I'll be ready to set everything up. I'll post some pics tonight of my progress.

I really love TastyCakes, but they don't sell them in New England. Every time I head to PA or the states around there, I pick up TastyCakes.

I never had Tasty Cakes. I eat devil dogs when I go to Massachusetts. We don't have them here in Texas. Thank Goodness. Di
