i love this story.
it reminds me of 20 years ago, i got my baby brother a job at the place i work.
he was right out of high school. they stuck him on driving a towmotor (without the proper break in time)
#1 rule is to drive it with the forks DOWN.
well he went flying thru with the forks up and hit a major water line, broke it and shut a whole dept down for hours.
the guys all said the funniest part was, out of panic, he stuck his hands up there on the pipe like he was going to stop the water from coming out.

he hung around for a couple of years, then wised up, went to college and works at a hospital in anastesia(sp) now.(smarter than me)

Now I don't feel so bad!!!

Boy what a difference one letter can make!!!! They really went striper fishing (striped bass). They did quite well - in fact they're going again this afternoon.

Those Blue Angels pictures were awesome!! I'm afraid with our Navy base closing in 2011 we may have seen the last of them here.

Go SOX! It will take a lot to win 3 in a row again.

Good morning people

I'm out to lunch with a friend - huge buffet of chinese, indian, italian and thai, followed by a dessert buffet - (I usually have about 20 profiteroles)

I did do 2 1/2 hours in the gym yesterday though so that should have burned off enough for a few profiteroles
