Why cant you post piccies?

That's what I was wondering too.

In my posting rules, it says that I may not post attachments. I'm not sure, but I think it has something to do with the number of posts I have ( a little over 600). I'm also only allowed 1 tag line and I can't change the color.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi! I am with TikiMimi but try to hold my own on the boards. This is a chatty bunch though so I'm not sure I can keep up! Mimi and I followed the 2008 Member cruise bunch over here and look forward to meeting this group on "THE Bash"!

Oh, and this wouldn't be a real introduction without this - Donald Duck is the best!

Kathy, something doesn't sound right there. You should be able to post pics especially after that many posts. I do know that only the Tag Fairy can change the color in your tag line though. I was tagged by him/her and that's why mine are in color. One of the more Dis-Sauvy BOBers should be able to help you out on the picture thing though. Andy? Jeff? Can help ya help a Sistah out?

Do you have a little icon over your typing screen when you post that has the look of a mountain with a tan background??? That is what you press to post a picture. I copy the direct link from my photobucket account and it seems to work from that.

In regards to our tag lines, some of us have been "tagged" by what we refer to on the DIS as the tag ferrry. That is why the tags are kind of random.

I hope that helped out a bit. I was posting pictures at or before 600 or so posts that you have.

I have had that problem with webshots, but photobucket works great for me. I simply copy the "direct link" web address into the pop up window and it works. I hope you have better luck!
