That's the hardest thing about Rick and Heather living on the other side of the pond, don't get to talk much especially with the 8 hr time difference. I never ever thought in my life that I would have friends that lived in Britain, and to think it is all because of DCL and the DIS. I think Sean put it best when he said that if they lived near each other they would be the friends that we get together and have dinner with once a week.

I miss Friendly's. We haven't had one near us since I was in high school. Wow! Where did that come from and am I turning into my mother? HS wasn't that long ago or was it?

I also want a Turkish Van, Savanana Cat, Havana Brown, Ocicat, Ragdoll, Maine coon....

And probably more I've forgotten..

But I can't afford them all, nor do I want to clean those many litter boxes.

Howdy All, got in for lunch just as it started raining..........

Hazel is on her way home and I just woke Lina up so she can start getting ready for her first day of training at The Disney Store. Lina works 2-6, and I think we will take her to Friendly's after her shift. The Friendly's in the mall is just down the hall from The Disney Store. I know Lina will be ready to get something to eat, and I still have that coupon in my wallet to use!!!

Time to grab some lunch....

No, Lina doesn't have her driver's license yet. She doesn't feel like she is ready to drive, and if she feels that way, we aren't putting any pressure on her to get her license. Hazel was about 30 years old before she got her license.

And then we've all seen her parking habits!
She still needs some practice, huh

Hi Rose...love the new hair colour. It was a lovely day today...but autumn has definatly arrived. All the trees are starting to turn.

Rick is catching up with his recorded shows tonight as well. He's currently watching Heroes.

Good guess on the Aby (most people guess that), but she is actually a Singapura. Very small yet amazing breed of cat. She is as sweet and affectionate as she is adorable (she thinks she's a dog!). She has a brother named Nicholas who is totally goofy. Her pedigree name is Alexandra, Sasha is her nickname.
