Just setting with a cup of coffee before I head to the barber shop for a hair cut. Getting to look like a hippi haven't had it cut since before we went on Cruise.
Nancy worked 1/2day yesterday subbing tomorrow is another half and Thur whole day. Just a busy girl. Whil she does that im trying to keep up with the yard work. The leaves are falling like crazy. Thank god I have a lawn tractor to pick them up.

There's a reason it's called super easy chicken!

Another good crockpot meal is beef stew....need to look up my recipe for that. And, I have a recipe for beef tips which is also good....I will try to post those later this week.

Also, before I forget - reynolds makes "slow cooker liners" that are basically plastic bags you like the crockpot with and then toss after cooking - makes cleanup a breeze!

Made a roast carrots and celery in the crock for dinner tonight. Have you used the crock liners? Love them!


Oops pulled an Andy and didn't read through..... Please post all the crock recipes you want, I love my crock. In fact I even bring it camping, which we are doing this weekend.

I said something a few days back about only being able to afford the transatlantic cruises in 2010 if I won the lottery or were adopted by you. We all agreed here that an AFEG adoption would be more likely and easier than winning the lottery and there are now 653 DISers signed up to be adopted by you and your family ... I'm at the head of the list.

Yesterday my DH said he would pay for me to take a short trip to WDW after I finished this semister of school. SOOOO I am booked for 5 days in Dec and I am taking my youngest DGD. I love WDW all dressed out for CHristmas. I found a room at Shades of Green, my choices were pretty slim.
