Don't be too quick to discount it!

We took the girls up parasailing at CC last May. It was awesome! The girls loved it. I couldn't think of a better activity than that. Matthew has the video he took posted on youtube. Sorry, I don't have a link, but you can search for it. (Parasailing, Castaway Cay or Disney Wonder, May 2008). Check out Sarah's face and listen to the excitement...then decided! The view of Castaway Cay was amazing and Matthew also took a great still while he was up there!
I made the mistake of trying to stand up in the harness instead of sitting in it, so it took me a few minutes to "relax" and enjoy the ride. Elaine kept asking me if I was going to fall out! LOL :lmao: Once I realized there was no way I was getting out of my wedgie, I made my best effort to relax.
Okay... now that is LOW.

I admit to taking pictures of kids, hubby, self in hats/ears etc and not buying the hat or ears. But, come on... this is thievery! That is their work...their propert...not just the print, but the image itself!
Yes and I would agree with that! I would also think that the pictures would not come out great either. Pay the few dollars and buy the professional pictures! Some people!:sad2: :snooty:

Anyone watching the new Oprah "give" show?

Not sure if its already aired over there. Looks good though:thumbsup2

Probably the show that was on in the spring. It was interesting. I watched the whole thing. It would have been fun to be on it, but I think I would have been out early!

I love the way you say that about Robin being your bride:lovestruc

Neil even stopped buying me flowers after we got married:rolleyes: ... have a word to him on the cruise will you Dawg,.... teach him how to romance his "bride" of 15 years:love:

It's okay, Karen. Every now and then our "grooms" need a little kick to get the romance going again! You just have to look at everything they do for you. I've been told that taking care of things is their way of showing they care!:goodvibes

You can buy all you want, that doesn't mean I will wear it! :lmao: :rotfl2:

The Indians have a lot of good young players. There is a lot of potential there if they stay healthy.

I am guessing you are a Browns fan as well. Giants and Browns tonight...:rolleyes1

How did that floor come out?? I need to redo my kitchen floor and I dont' want linoleum...I want a more classy look and am thinking of going with ceramic tile.

Beware of ceramic tile! One thing you MUST do if you go with tile: after the grout sets long enough...IMMEDIATELY get grout sealer and apply it...especially if you use a light grout! If you do not do this right away... spills will soak in and discolor the grout. Also, be very careful of dropping dishes...they WILL break! (even if they wouldn't have on other surfaces.)

Thanks for the tip Chris! I moved everything to Photobucket and now it works! :yay:
Here we are in Palo's 'private room' for brunch :cloud9:

Lovely photo....we've done brunch in the 'private room' once before too, some years ago.

How about Driveinesia???

I was driving around this morning working on the Business Book and kept forgetting where I was going to next, it's been a B-A-D morning for me........:rotfl:

Or the alternate definition: when you get where you are going but don't remember how you got there!:rotfl:

We are still contemplating the TA Westbound and I was able to secure two CAT10s for us at a very very low price. I got through online this morning and was done by 8:50am -- my TA has been having trouble getting through on her TA site all morning and couldn't get a second stateroom for me!

We're mulling it over but really are leaning toward it. Right now the biggest hangup is the flight to Barcelona. Not even so much the price right now as much as we're not sure if the kids could handle such a lengthy flight.

If we do move forward to the TA in 2010 we will not be cruising next year. There is no way we'd be able to afford it otherwise.

Anyone else?

Woo Hoo:woohoo: :woohoo: good job Melody...we've got a cat 11 on deck 6. Hope you decide to go ahead with the trip...it'll be great to be sailing with someone we've already sailed with. Or, perhaps not after reading your next few posts.

Yep...this is what I thought too.

My first parasailing was at WDW. I felt a bit unstable that time. I kept thinking I was going to slide off the seat support! But at CC, I was fine. My oldest daughter rode tandem with me. My first was solo.

I loved the experience, but I don't plan on repeating it on this cruise. But, maybe a different time.

As for the pictures, like I said, I would never even have considered taking a picture of their photos. We usually take a picture along with the photographer. Even then...theirs are better. And the restaurant pics we usually don't have at all...and they are some of my favorite cruise pics!

Okay, I have caught up to myself now... and been on here way too long! So, I will sign off for now. Have a great evening everyone!:goodvibes

Can I have my Groom of 27 years join the class.:yay:

Lucky! Saw the price for that one and almost fell out of my chair. It was 2000 cheaper than the EBPC. There should be a lot less issues with kids on that one.

Mike,

I see you've been hanging out on your 4-night thread. Anything good over there?

Are you and Robin ready for the cruise?

gonna start packing tonite.:woohoo: :wizard:

its pretty quiet on that thread. lots of first time cruisers.:wizard:

we'll try to recrute more bobbers.:thumbsup2

they asked about robins TART ANNIHILATOR so i had to tell the bigred legend.
:lovestruc :)

Anyone else book for 2010 today?

Can you believe that 2010 is cheaper than 2009? I was shocked at that, but very happy.
