Good luck with Kristin's shower, Nancy! Don't forget to share the pics with us later! :goodvibes

Well, I guess I'm just a little "Too Excited to Sleep" this morning. We decorated the hall last night for the shower and it looks beautiful.

We're playing the dreaded shower games of course, a surprise visit from a favorite aunt, and the boys will be crashing the shower later for dinner.

Now if I can prevent Chuck's sister from insulting anyone or even opening her mouth, we'll have a great afternoon. I guess there's one in every family, eh?
:rolleyes1

So unless something exciting happens here in the next few hours, I'll talk to you all tomorrow. I'll be sure to post pictures too. :surfweb:

Have a great Saturday everyone!

theres one in every family eh? (i wonder if i'm the one in my family:rolleyes1 )

have a great time team fun pants
(aka team fancy pants)
give that mom and dad of yours a hug from mike and robin.

"55 Weeks until Sail Date BOB'ers!!!"

Since I missed my workouts on Monday and Tuesday of this week(medical reason), I put in some extra time this morning. Spent 2.5 hours at the gym, my calorie burn-off this morning was 1500 calories and I also added in 120 tummy crunches. I was delighted to see the scale report that I lost another 2 pounds this week, bringing my total weight loss, on this my three month anniversary, to 20 pounds. :goodvibes

It's freezing here in south eastern WI this morning. We had our first frost of the season last night and it was a heavy frost it looked like snow in the back yard

Thanks!!! It's been a lot of hard work, but I am so proud of myself for sticking with it. It's hard to believe it's been three months since I started.

Got a great letter in the mail today...I've been nominated for an award at work. Got to wait a couple of weeks to see if I've won something. Wish me some dust guys.

Nice to be nominated though...makes all the effort worth while, and appreciated.

Congratulations on being nominated Heather :cool1: Good luck on winning :wizard: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

It will be here before we know it...:cool1:

When this cruise was first announced and the thread started, we were at 90+ weeks. I'll have to let Number Boy refresh our memory of the exact count. :lmao:

No frost here yet, but it was chilly again overnight. We got down to around 50* this morning, going up to the mid 60's for a high. :goodvibes

Hi Guys,

I have some not so great news. We have decided not to go on the October 24th cruise. As that week gets closer in '08 I realize that with the activities the kids are in that it won't be a week that we can be away.

I sort of new this all along but I tried to think it would all work out. I have really enjoyed getting to know all of you and I will probably lurk a little just to keep up.

Maybe KK3.

So sorry to hear this Tanya  I was looking forward to meeting you and your family. Rachel was sad when I told her Claire wouldn't be cruising with us.

OK, time to look over the morning paper, be back later folks.........:wave2:

At least it's nice and sunny here today so the frost seems to have all melted now. We're supposed to have a high of 60 today. I love fall but I'm very much dreading that season that comes next!

we have to take Olivia out of school so this may be our last time of cruising for a while.:sad1:

I have been thinking the same thing :sad1: with Rachel in high school the BOB will probably be our last cruise for a few years unless we cruise in the summer :sad1:
