I've said it before and I will say it again...you are a great mom Karen  I hope I can do a fraction of what you do for Ellis, for Kira :thumbsup2

you're all too kind, its just what I feel I ought to do. M y Mom always helped at my school so I guess I'm jsut following tradition.

I kept getting these looks from everyone...I don't know if it was a look of "I can't believe you brought a camera!!!" or maybe "I can't believe I didn't bring MY camera!!" :lmao:

They were all probably kicking themselves for forgetting theirs. Last chrismas play I ended up photographing half of Ellis' class and forwarding the photos to all the parents by email *** none of them had thought of bringing their camera. Maybe its me thats wierd - I dont go anywhere without mine:lmao:

Sounds like a lovely day Karen!! I love going to comedy shows but usually I am bent over almost peeing myself and Rob is sitting there on his chair wondering what the heck is so funny! :lmao: We don't have the same kind of humour :rolleyes1

Neil and I are like that too. He likes slap stick rubbish, I hate to admit it, but I'm more of a sarcastic humour type:rolleyes1

Well, I'm off to soak in a bubble bath before we go out - have a great evening folks:goodvibes

Hi All--just arrived home from the wedding reception, had a nice time, but the restaurant didn't have enough servers for the amount of people that were at the reception. It seemed as though it took forever to get our food and when we did, it was room tempature. I ordered the crab cake entree, but I think the potatoes that came with the entree was my favorite part of the meal.

The wedding itself was very nice and the bride looked absolutely beautiful.

Time to go through the mail, get changed, and relax for a bit. Be back later......:wave2:

Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing.

That pineapple fruit appetizer was either something I ordered on our last cruise or something very similar. I remember it quite fondly!

Great pictures, Heather!

I have to ask ... what animal is that towel supposed to be? It kind of reminds me of a rabbit / human hybrid posing for a naughty magazine. :lmao:

Very interesting Chris. I'm a Depp fan so I go to see anything he is in. If he brings it, I will come. :cutie: I hope they come up with someone worthy of beating Depp out in that top spot.

thats funny p.p. goose. i'm a big kira knightly fan.:rolleyes1 pirate:
but i hear she'll not be on #4.:sad2:
she'll be sadly missed.:rolleyes1

if you love depp, have you seen sweeny todd?:scared: :scared:

we ordered our new counter top. and i think picked out a new sink and faucet. :sad2:
now we have to cancel our kk2 ressie.:sad2:
blame robin. :rotfl2:

That's interesting because I wondered if they had run that story to it's end. There was a quote a long time ago that At Worlds End was the end of the pirate trilogy but not necessarily the last pirate movie. If Kira doesn't do it then that was actually true!

Lovin the pictures!!

great pics heather. but i think we need to see the one of you and becky in those red dresses.:woohoo: :cutie: :lovestruc

Just pulled this off empire online... The link is below, but I have copied the article.

Walt Disney Studios held a massive event today at the Kodak Theatre in LA, during which the Studios’ chairman, Dick Cook, made a string of announcements about their upcoming movies over the next few years.

And Johnny Depp was at the heart of it all.

The actor showed up on stage for a triple announcement which apparently ties him to Disney for some time. That announcement was:

• That Depp will return as Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates Of The Caribbean 4.

• That he will star as The Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s next movie, Alice In Wonderland.

• Neither of those were huge surprises, but the next one was. Boy, was it.

For Depp has signed on to star as Tonto in a movie version of The Lone Ranger, which will be produced by Pirates producer Jerry Bruckheimer.

Now that's surprising - not just because Tonto is traditionally a role for a Native American (although Depp's great-grandmother was a full-blooded Cherokee, and of course he played a Native American in his self-directed film, The Brave), but because it's very much a sidekick role to the flashier Lone Ranger, a masked crusader for justice in the Old West. So if Disney has Depp in the second banana role, they must have someone really special lined up for the Ranger himself. And, of course, we imagine that Tonto will get a lot more to do in this movie.

Details on the timeline of all three movies are a little sketchy right now, but since Burton starts shooting in a couple of months on Alice In Wonderland, expect Depp to head into that first. That might not be a huge role, anyway.

Then, it should be onto The Lone Ranger, which has a provisional release date of 2010. Interestingly, this could put it up against Seth Rogen and Stephen Chow's The Green Hornet. Why interestingly? Well, Britt Reid - aka The Green Hornet - is The Lone Ranger's great-nephew.

Of course, The Green Hornet is a Sony movie, so it's unlikely that we'll see them team up, a la Tony Stark turning up in The Incredible Hulk, but it'll still be fun to see who wins the Battle Of The Reid Family in 2010...

And after that, then we'll see Depp return as Captain Jack Sparrow, although Pirates 4 is currently only in early development. But, given that Depp staggered on stage at the Disney event in full Captain Jack make-up and costume, it's clearly a role he's itching to get back to.

I heard he was going to do another one too. Not sure but, I think it was Dillinger. I think it's non Disney though. That's ok, I'll watch Johnny Depp anytime. :woohoo:  :rolleyes1
