Paige just the lady how far is Fatty's house from Kentucky?.....Am just wondering if i can tie in a life long dream of seeing the "Run for the roses" and a trip over see some DISS mates....

Louisville is 9 1/2 hours drive from here, and about the same from DC. It's about 6 1/2 hours drive from Louisville to Jeff and Nancy, and about 4 hours from Bendy.

....now about "Fatty's house".......please tell me I'm not "Fatty".....

ps...You've got a great figure you'd look bloody odd if you were only 6 stone......Fatty is number boy, i take it he mentioned the bet (that i haven't got a hope in hell of winning i may add)about who could lose the most weight between now and B.O.B... ....Don't suppose you could hold Andy by the throat until he shares his increible calorie burning secrets is their dear...

Chris,

I have Slim Fast Shakes for breakfast and lunch, a energy bar for a morning snack, a few pretzels for an afternoon snack, then "try" to eat a sensible dinner and a very light snack in the evening.

Then there are the daily workouts at Riverwinds. Mainly during the week I stick to the treadmill (30-40 minutes) and the elliptical machine (10 minutes) between those two I burn off anywhere from 500-600 calories each morning.
I increase the speed and the incline on the treadmill every five minutes until I reach 4.0mph and an incline of 8.0

The elliptical I usually have set on level 3.

On the weekends I increase my time on the treadmill to 60-90 minutes, still do 10 minutes on the elliptical, and add in 15 minutes on the bike.

OK, time for my Slim Fast shake, be back in a few.


Oh yeah, I drink about 64ozs of water a day as well.

i know robin really wants to spend some time with hazel on the bob cruise too. seems robin feels like its her duty to help teach hazel "how to train a

well now i've heard..and again, i have NO idea where they stories come from..


its fall harvest season in WI for the money trees. and since Nancy and the Tunas trees got plucked early because of a few weddings, that jeff has hired Nacy and the Tuna to pick the leaves from his trees and he's paying them pennies on the dollar.(or pennies on the leaf)
i hear jeff has a massive crop this year and it could be weeks before we hear from the goose or tuna again.

I'm staying home from work again today with a sick little boy...Thomas has had a fever since yesterday morning, but not really any other symptoms. So, we've been doing a lot of cuddling.

Well, I have to get a full day of work in here today and Amelia has school. During this time I need to get everything packed.

We want to leave for the hotel outside the Philadelphia airport before the rush hour traffic hits down there so wish us luck! The second half of that drive sucks eggs bad. But we need to get the kids to bed at a normal time tonight....we have to be up way too eary tomorrow morning. Our flight leaves at aroun 7:15am which means up at 5am for everyone.

We should be in Orlando before 12:30 and headed to Saratoga Springs at that time. I ordered from Garden Grocer so there is no need to go grocery shopping.

If we get into our villa right away we're going to try to get the kids to relax and have quiet time before heading out the the MK for Crystal Palace dinner and a couple of rides. If we do not get into our villa right away we'll walk over to DTD and then have dinner at Jiko a bit later. Yes, I have two planned ADRs and will cancel what we're not going to follow through on.

SO, wish us luck!
Cannot wait for Amelia to wake up and place the last sticker on the calendar!!!! I'll get some pics and/or video!!!

Just stopped by the house and found out that Hazel's niece had a baby girl this afternoon. The baby's name is Hanna and she weighed 6lbs. 4ozs. That makes two new great nieces in the past 7 days.
