I have Slim Fast Shakes for breakfast and lunch, a energy bar for a morning snack, a few pretzels for an afternoon snack, then "try" to eat a sensible dinner and a very light snack in the evening.
Then there are the daily workouts at Riverwinds. Mainly during the week I stick to the treadmill (30-40 minutes) and the elliptical machine (10 minutes) between those two I burn off anywhere from 500-600 calories each morning.
I increase the speed and the incline on the treadmill every five minutes until I reach 4.0mph and an incline of 8.0
The elliptical I usually have set on level 3.
On the weekends I increase my time on the treadmill to 60-90 minutes, still do 10 minutes on the elliptical, and add in 15 minutes on the bike.
OK, time for my Slim Fast shake, be back in a few.
Oh yeah, I drink about 64ozs of water a day as well.
