Well, Ellis' prezzies are all wrapped, I have balloons stuffed in the wardrobes, just waiting for him to fall asleep so we can decorate the house

Yeah I have the same problem. My office/church has minimal a/c. We have window units in some offices, but only a portable in the sanctuary. I put it in on Friday afternoon and close all of the doors and hope for the best.It is now, the AC was NOT working this morning in church, do you know how hot it gets in a sanctury with over 1,000 people and no AC, especially when the temp outside is approaching 90* with very high humidity. Hazel and I just about ran to the car and turned the car AC up on full blast!!!
Now we are home, where it is a comfortable 79*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It works ok, as long as it isn't extremely hot and humid. It is much better than it used to be though!
Here's some hugs for them. 
She was scheduled to have a meeting with our VP on Thursday at 4:30. She called us in the project room 15 minutes later and said she was on her way home because she had gotten fired. 
It was a good week. 
Well, I guess Ike is on his way to visit most of us.
Cassie called from North of Cincinnatti and said they were getting 70 MPH winds. They have not had electricity for the past 7 hours. They're cable line and electrical line are lying in their front yard, along with large tree limbs and the shingles are blowing off the roof of their studio.
She's having a great day.
