Got a great letter in the mail today...I've been nominated for an award at work. Got to wait a couple of weeks to see if I've won something. Wish me some dust guys.

Nice to be nominated though...makes all the effort worth while, and appreciated.

The other non-stop flight is in the morning and for us to get to BWI on time, we'd have to be on the Metro at 7:30 a.m. Guess either way it will be during rush, but I think I'd take my chances in the afternoon.

Our son is up in Maryland every other semester. He flies out of BWI over the others as much as he can, and he always takes the metro with his luggage. Now granted, he is a college man, but that backpack of his is serious luggage!

Our suitcases will only be carry-ons, so 21" at the most. 3 total. Yes AFEG, it will be a light trip for us.

Were it only up to me, I'd have us booked already. Since hubby is involved too, a decision has not been made yet. Kathy (njprincess) is checking on something for us tomorrow. We have some other friends from the last cruise who might be talked into a 7 day as well, but they haven't committed. For now, I am a lady in waiting.
