I can't believe it's finally here!!!!! We're headed to my son's soccer game this morning and then it's straight to the airport. We'll see everyone on the Dream tomorrow

Oh its soooo hard to go back to work today.

We had a GREAT time on the cruise! My aunt cried when she saw the ocean.

Thank you to everyone for the FE gifts! They were great!!! Hopefully they werent stolen. I saw a few FE's on doors that werent on our list and a few doors on our list that didnt have FE's. I sure hope I didnt miss anyone. Let me know if you didnt get my gift because I have 3 extra.

Hi everyone...I can't believe we're home...sad. Thank you to everyone for the lovley FE gifts. A hint to all of you...don't mail them to the port. The package was squashed and the some of the cello bags tore. Yeah...mine were the pirate skull bags. Sorry about that.

I apologize for missing our meet. Only 2 hours on our first day at Disney, my shin met a brick wall and I spent the rest of the day in a wheelchair. Needless to say I limped through all 9 days and couldn't even wear my nice heels for dinner. Still in a lot of pain. The good news, Dan went ahead and booked a 7 night Western for next October 13th. Disney Fantasy...here we come!

I just want to apologize for those two that I promised the bday gifts to. I missed Wednesday on the ship due to sea sickness. The one time I didn't bring anything because I have handled huge swells from our last 2 seven day trips I just couldn't believe the calm seas got to me like that . I missed a lot with it being such a short trip. Didn't get to rebook , or pick up our DVC pins or see Winnie the pooh I was so excited about seeing believe too and riding the aqua duck ..... Guess I will have to try the Dream again to get on that slide.

Hi there, so sorry you were sick. I wanted to ride Aqua Duck too but couldn't due to my leg injury. Believe it or not, DD Heather told me she was sick only 7 hours before our airport limo pick-up. She was basically under the weather all through Disney and better by the cruise. She slept in every day until 10 or so. Dan and I went to breakfast without her and brought back coffee and a snack.

I was so happy with our beautiful tropical weather during the cruise but....I woke up to this, this morning.This will be our first ever white Halloween...

You can just about make out the little pumpkins on the tree...the ghosts are hiding in the snow.

We got back home yesterday morning. Back to reality and laundry. We had such a great time! Thank you for all the great FE gifts. It was so much fun getting surprises every day. I hope to get to cruise on the dream again some day.

My favorite probable has been the Brilliance of the seas on Royal Caribbean great layout and awesome crew. Also love the old Norweign Norway last of the old cruise liners

So I would love to know how the Dream was compared to all these cruises. I have only been on Disney but want to try another line.

Just back woke up after the drive..


What a fantastic cruise.. It was just wonderfull

Many thanks to all who attended the Mickey bar party, We went through 150 Mickey Bars and only 3 went back in the Ice Box at the end. I know I did not get to meet everyone but you all saw how crowded the hallway and room was.. Also found a cool way of eating Melted Mickey bars that next Morning.. Easy to do.. But hard to do neatly..


Dream was a dream, Some minor +s and -s from the Magic..


Main thing I saw that was a big huge improvement was Cabanas over Topsiders. They really made the traffic in Cabanas flow.. IE.. I have not done the Pirate buffet in 3 years because of the huge line on the Magic... I did not even know there was a line with Cabanas.. A 100%+ improvement..

Minor complaints.. when walking the floors there are many doors that block off hallways from walking the whole deck, Magic has many halls that you can walk the whole floor.. Deck 12 was not as free walking as the upper deck on the Magic because of wind breaks.. (All minor -s but true none the less...

Main problem/complaint on the shorter cruise was that they for not do the Small world Parade at the last dinner with the group thanking of the Servers and Chiefs.. really missed that. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDED...

Per room 5650.. Fantastic Veranda The BEST SPOT ON THE WHOLE SHIP TO WATCH THE FIREWORKS..

A bit of a negative on the room, The room is the last room up against an an emergency door to the kids room. In the Hallway you can hear some noise from the rooms, Heard no noise in the room.. But the Door is alarmed and posted with a LARGE note stating "do not enter door alarmed".. BUT this did not stop people from opening the door.. It was opened about 4 times that I know of (Twice by adults that I saw),,

2 times at about 5 in the morning.. 1st time took about 20 mins to get it turned off the second time it took about an hour.. I was up anyway meditating but it did bother the bride.. but was able to calm her down with Gregorian Chants and Peloponnesian Sock puppet shows..

So a bit of a problem with the room..

did rebook for the Oct 20th 2012 Eastern Fantasy..

Glad you made it home Safely.. I had to get a normal Veranda on the 6th floor.. My bride was letting the larger Veranda go to her head.. She picked up a kids Tiara from the gift shop and used a bed sheet as a cape and she would go out there waving to as she put it "Her subjects" I begged her to stop it but she was admit about how those that looked up to her, expected it.. It got real scary by the end of the week... So I think we need to have a little bit of a normal room next year..

Hey Beth!
We got off very reluctantly Sunday morning. Got home late yesterday afternoon.
We really enjoyed eating dinner with all our GREAT table mates at table 51. We were so lucky to get such a wonderful group of people. We were not as lucky the second time around.

I will have to say that even with my mobility issues, this was such an amazing trip! Sorry we didn't get to meet everyone!

Hey Melanie! No, we didn't book again. I guess my ticker just rolled over to next year??? haha....maybe my ticker is trying to tell me something. How was the second leg of your cruise? Did you get to snorkel at Castaway Cay? We really need to cruise together again. I have decided that I really NEED to go to Disneyland and I am going to start planning it.
