10/23/11 - Disney Dream

Thanks for sorting them into floors! Can't wait to see all the goodies and make the deliveries. My oldest daughter was only 18 months on our last cruise, so now that she is 3, I am looking forward to having her help me deliver everything :).

:worship: Yes, thanks again!

Wow this is a great list. Do we have 34 cabins total or 35? I didn't realize we have so many cruisers from Indiana :thumbsup2

Sorry, that is my fault. On the original list 5 Cruisers Cruising- Room#6082/#6080 was listed as 2 cabins. Since they appear to be from one family like Garrica - Room #6148/#6150, I edited for my own purposes.

We are doing a family/stateroom gift. I really would like to do kids gifts also -I have to evaluate my packing space. I wish we were on Southwest with free bags instead of Delta. I don't do well packing light - we NEED the pirate outfits, the MNSSHP costumes, a princess dress for semi-formal night, pilllow cases for signing....:rolleyes1

Sinderelly we will be the ones with Colts and Boilermaker magnets on our door.

Thanks for organizing the list! this is wonderful! Not that it matters but my DH's name is Trent. We are in room 7501

I am getting so excited!

Hi there, I have a stupid question. For our FE exchange list, the cruisers who do not have a cabin # will they have this information when we all get our cruise documents or at the port when they check in?? I just don't want to leave anyone out. TIA:goodvibes
Linda

Just stopping by to say hi. Can't believe this cruise is coming up in just over 5 weeks. The time between now and then will fly.

We still don't have our hotels planned for before the cruise. We're thinking offsite near WDW for a couple nights and then port for the night before the cruise. At least the car rentals are sorted out.

First time we did an FE was when our DS was 7. He had a blast "sneaking" up to the rooms to drop the gifts and would race ahead of us to see if anything was left on our door. He's 11 now and still loves it.

They should get their cabin numbers any day now as the docs should start shipping in the next week or so.

On past cruises, if there were people without a room number, an updated list would be passed out at a DIS meet usually on embarkment day.

The Marriott Village is nearby and very nice! My In-Laws stayed there in 09.

Hello.. Always room for one more

Dreams unlimited, The travel company that sponsors this site, have a bunch of hotels that they offer discounted rates for, Look at their home site for logging around Orlando.. We have never been disappointed with one of their hotels..

Has anyone decided how we are going to handle FE participants that might upgrade at the port and have a different cabin #? Are we going to have a place to post changes? :confused3 Any ideas?

Speaking of changes...
I just heard from Kelsie, our DU TA. She got us the cabins we wanted. :woohoo: We are now in cabins:

5. Sinderelly - Room #2524 - Kathy & Jim (DH)
6. (Sinderelly) - Room #2526 - Jeffery (DS), Elvie (DDIL), & Sawyer (DGS4)

Sent a PM to Christina. Now we have a real porthole and a split bath! :thumbsup2

Just wanted to let you know I'll be in WDW until late Tuesday night. I'll make any updates on Wednesday. Thanks!

Talk to y'all next week!

From what I have read, Some have a embarkation day DIS meet to share that information.

Starting to think about what to pack...with luggage space at a premium, I don't want to take dressy if I need casual or casual if I need dressy(dining???)
Since this is our first disney cruise, I need a little help..Please:confused:
Maybe a little early to start but it's coming fast and got CRUISING on my mind 24/7:yay:

Are you planning on eating at Palo or Remy? Those restuarants will need dressier clothes. We tend to time Palo to be on the same night as the semi-formal night, so we can use those outfits at the same time.
