Hi everyone!

Our internet connection is not working. We are in the process of throubleshooting it, so hopefully, it will be fixed soon. Dial up is S-L-O-W so not spending much time on the computer lately.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes, it is me DH and DS 5 and he is so excited thinks Donald Duck is the captian....any tips or help for 1st time cruiser would be great.

where do i begin? stay away from rockin bar d. nothing good happens there.(at least not for me)

deck 10 is the place the boys hang out to "cruise chics".(i'm kidding Robin)

dont go anywhere near the bacon at topsiders for fear the one they call "The Tuna" may take your hand off.

all women MUST wear red dresses on formal nite.

Strawberry Smoothies are the required drink daily on the Parley cruise.

if you have a "secret porthole cabin"...lets just say "BE PREPARED"

beware the one they call "Penny Packer". she seems real nice at first, but once you get to know her....well, she's even sweeter.

that list should get you started. study hard. theres a test on monday.

Tip #1...Don't listen to a word Mike, MiCkey, The Dawg, Cinnamike, dyerneeds, says.

Tip#2...DIS a lot with your new friends on this thread. Some of us (well, not me so much) are a wealth of cruise knowledge.

Tip #3...Try Palo for brunch. We did it once in 2005 and didn't care for it. Skipped it in 07 and decided to give it another try in 09. I absolutely loved it!! (I dunno, maybe it was my hot date though.)

Tip#4...Refer to post #277 on this thread daily. I'm sooooooo prepared for this one.

Tip#5...Relax and enjoy your cruise. Stick by us kiddo, we won't steer you wrong.
